I have read a couple of posts about alternating between cold water and hot water during the enema. I hooked up 2 bags, one with 1.5 qts. 60 degree soapy water, the other 1.5 qts. 115 degree soapy water. I had shut offs on each bag, piped them into a tee fitting, 3' of latex tubing with a flow control pinch clamp on the exit port of the tee. I used a metal bat nozzle. Cleared all air from the lines, started with the cold water, after 60 seconds switched to the hot, then back to the cold until both bags were empty (about 7 minutes). I loved the feelings with the temperature changes from the metal nozzle, interesting feelings during the enema in the gut as well. The soap used was Dr. bronner's peppermint , 2 tsp. in each bag. Enema cleared fast, I'm going to use this enema once in a while.
