Over the years, I've met various people who could share - or at least go along with - my fetish for mouths (and throats and perhaps gullets, anyway the works!). That's for starters.

When I was much younger, one such guy told me - but it was only by correspondence - that he obtained sexual pleasure from being able to thrust a sword deep down his oesophagus. Then he described how he would like to do it to me. He would get me to lie down on a table, loosely or minimally clothed, face up. Then I should arch my back and lean my head right back, mouth wide open. Standing behind me, he would then insert the sword, little by little, down my throat, past my epiglottis, and into my gullet.

P.S. I see his fantasy as being in the realm of what is called 'vore' (from the word 'voracious'). My impression from browsing multiple websites is that vore has a surprising number of fans/fantasists.

Die to my unique health problems ,I have no gag reflex and it like part of my throat are paralyzed ,I have to tuck my chin to chest when swallowing to insure stuff goes down , if I take to much liquid my throat says no dice ,spasms and whatever it is comes out my sinuses ,just a practical tip anything with carbonation is a bitch ,milk and water are annoying bubbles are straight up irritating ,I suppose if I was gay this would be a blessing rather than a curse .

A soft tube, I would be willing to allow someone to do that with, only under a safe set of conditions. A sword... I am thinking not just yet.
