My husband and I see my male gynecologist socially, and trust me, it ISN'T a big deal and neither his wife nor my husband are jealous or uncomfortable about it. If it were a problem, I doubt we would be seeing each other for 25 years.

It's quite simple. An examination IS NOT A DATE. We are just four people who enjoy each others company.

My gynecologist and I have known each other since he was in his residency and I was getting my masters. We met in the OR and became friends.
