Yogurt is a natural probiotic. Dr. Kellogg would give his patient six quart yogurt enemas on a daily basis as part of the treatment at his Battle Creek Clinic. I have been advised by my Dietitian that I need to increase my intake of probiotics. I can't handle most dairy products by mouth so considering taking yogurt enemas. I nomaly take a two quart mild soap suds enema. My question is what is a good starting point and kind of yogurt to be used. Checking at the Supermarket yesterday I found raw, organic, whole milk, skim milk , Greek and other kinds. What type are people using and who much?
