I began watching gay porn in the early to mid-80's. Most of the movies were from the late 70's - this is why I still gravitate to vintage gay porn. The porn actors were manly, unshaven, and not so much the "pretty boy" types of modern gay porn. They seemed to be real men who would include you in the action if you happened to walk in an them having sex.

One video in particular featured the "football jock" going to the "clinic" for his annual football physical. The jock was younger, blond, and lean but muscular. The doctor was an average looking "regular guy" in his 50's. He got the jock undressed to his tighty whities and gave him a bullshit exam (eyes, ears, nose, throat). But the BEST PART of the exam was when he took the stethoscope and placed the bell on the jock's chest and asked him to breathe in and out - the eartips weren't even in the doc's ears. They were wrapped around his neck. So there he was, asking the jock to breathe in and out and moving the bell around the guy's body but he wasn't hearing a thing! This part was HYSTERICAL and I would watch it over and over and laugh. The doc ended up fucking the jock on the exam table - so the action was pretty hot, but the stethoscope blunder was priceless!

Now...and here is where I need your help...does anyone else remember this movie? For the life of me I cannot remember the title and I would LOVE to find it again. I've searched the internet for vintage porn and have "suffered though" hundreds of other videos (LOL), but I can't find it. Please let me know if any of this rings a bell.

Hey guys, I found it. I finally fucking found it! The clip I've been dying to find for YEARS!

The "actor" is Derrick Stanton and the "movie" is Class of 1984, Part II. Get ready, this clip is wonderful and horrible at the same time. What I mean is:

1. The "doctor" is perhaps the worst porn actor of all time. He is horrible at delivering lines BUT he has a tight, hairy body and really nice uncut cock. He tops and bottoms like a champ!

2. The lines themselves are horrible. "I need to examine your...uh...for a hernia", and "I need to check for a prostate." As if there might be one and might not be one! LOL!

I'm glad you found it. The scene did sound familiar but I couldn't figure out the name of the movie. I also started my education of porn connoisseur in the 80s. You know, I think there were some really great gay porn directors in the 70s and 80s. William Higgins, Kristen Bjorn, Jean-Daniel Cadinot, Matt Sterling, just to name a few, and that's probably why we're still drawn to them.

I remember getting a porn catalog in the mail when I was about 12 years old and though the majority of films and mags in it were straight there was a fairly good section on gay porn. The scene that you mentioned from “The Class of ‘84 prt II" was in this catalog along with a synopsis of the scene and stills from it. The description said something like “Varsity jock Derrick Stanton goes to the doctor for his sports physical and finds that the doctor has a 9-10 inch prostate explorer…” I spent many days and nights jerking off to that description and it probably started my Med Fet about athletic physicals. I always wanted my sports physicals to go that way but that never happened. And though I looked high and low throughout the 80s and 90s for an adult movie that would showcase that I never found any that was really good. “Rassle” came close with Jeff Dillon getting a bj from a doctor during a checkup, also one of JD Cadinot movies had a great doctor scene, but it wasn’t until about 5-6 years ago that I came across these scenes on Porn Hub called “Jock Physicals." One in particular starring a stud named Chad Lyons, who also did some films for Chaos Men under the name of Zale, goes to the doctor for a physical and starts popping wood. Finally in one of the movies the bear of a doctor grabs hold of Chad's woody and starts playing with it until the stud blasts off. Really HOT! The website is no longer around but every now and then I'll find other scenes from the same company (even though these sports physicals are everywhere nowadays, but some are not believable).
