Plastibell circumcisions are definitely still surgical. The first steps are the same as a gomco circumcision, you have to grab the tip of the foreskin with hemostats, then use a blunt metal probe to tear the foreskin from the glans. Then you crimp and cut a dorsal slit through the foreskin, so you can open it up to fit the bell inside. Then you tie it on tight, and trim the skin back to the string with surgical scissors.

I think I am going to save this text to share when people argue how no big of a deal circumcision is and how it most certainly should never be considered as male genital mutilation ...

I suppose this thread is a bit stale, but I'll contribute. My fetish is not for the surgery, really. I think a circumcised penis looks lovely, but I don't think an intact one looks bad, that's a mild preference.
