Being a big fan of surgical role play, I've read that many others share this interest.

What's your favourite surgical role play scenario? I've read that a very common process of excitement is the preparation for surgery... does it go any further for anyone?

I've no real interest in cutting (although it would be fun if safe and not so painful), but I'm much more into the actual 'procedure' as opposed to the preparation.

In my fantasy scenario I'm quickly put onto the table and strapped down tight, while the female surgeon approaches, gloved, gowned and masked up where I'm comforted, but reminded that it's going to uncomfortable. The procedure is to be in the penile area, and there's a lot of calming, relaxing, but confident reassurance. Face stroking, hand holding in between the painful parts of the procedure.

The female surgeon will explain every detail of what's going to happen to me at every step, which just heightens the anticipation.

I was very lucky several years ago, I began dating a nurse. While she was not a surgical nurse, she did work in the post operative ward so she had very easy access to all kinds of equipment and uniforms. I would regularly get text messages like "What you up doing tonight? Surgical play?" - That brightened up my afternoon knowing she was coming over with some goodies that evening. Having formal medical training made the role play that much more special. She would lay me down and work on me for over an hour, once she used some ties to strap me to my desk chair, where I could not move.

My favourite procedure she would perform would be mid procedure (so she'd be gloved, gowned and masked), she'd stroke my penis very lightly so I could feel the latex, which would make me throb (it didn't take much), she'd then lift it 90 degrees from by body and hold the upper part in her gloved hand... at which point she'd reach over, stroke me on the face and ask me to take a nice deep breath, explaining that this was going to feel a little uncomfortable, and then she'd force my foreskin (un-cut) as hard as she could back, and then keep pushing even when it could go no further. The pain was intense, but it felt so amazing.

So, there's my experience with surgical role play and my favourite aspects. What are yours?

I would like to play one of my worse experiances I had in real, but with an different end. I am in an strange country and I have a sharp abdominal pain. It come an goes but comes aganin and a little sharper each time. So I visit a doctor in his office. there is no other doc within the next 40 km. He asks me to strip naket and lay on the table. then follows a very painful examnination. “You have an appendicitis in a critical stte. you mus undergo an appendectpmy as soon as possible. The problem is that you can not prepared 100 % and my anaestesist is in the hospital 200 km away- You are not able to go to the hospital before your appendis bursts, so you have to undergo an openen appendectomy with local anaesthesia.”

I get an enema while it is working he shaves the abdomen and the pubic hair. then i get a short cold shower and lay on the table agein. The abdomen is desinfektef and drapped, I get some injektions into the lower right abdomen and then he takes the knife and I see him lower it to my abdomen.

In real i got an infusion and the pain lowered rather fast. in the evening I got a letter that I had to show in the Hospital in the Capial. Since then there had been some light attacks of appendicitis, but the appendix is still inside. I was in holiday and did not want to be cut open without any reason.

While I would not want surgical roleplay per se, I'd find it interesting to undergo the pre-surgery examination for circumcision.

My girlfriend used to play exams as well as surgeries which were mainly focused on gynec and abdomen

For abdomen she only did gall stones or gall bladder removal. I felt she enjoyed examination of tummy and gynecological surgery

For gynec she would do ovary removal, c-section, cyst removal, uterus removal, endometriosis surgery, fibroid removal. These are what I can remember

We don't play anymore... she's not with me now 😢

During surgery play she would keep speaking about the procedure, positioning draping. I don't remember anything, I just had to lie down and enjoy.

I enjoyed surgery play more because I didn't have to say or do anything

She also liked unrealistic scenario of home surgery mostly for c-section as told in another post.

I mean I didn't expect real drapes of course but she didn't even use towel or bedsheet to cover me.

While I have no desire to undergo surgery in real-life, I do enjoy surgical roleplay. As the doctor, I'm open to most surgical scenarios. As the patient, mostly gynecological and breast, with oral and plastic surgery options as well.
