Does anyone use an elastic waist instead of tabs?

I lOVE my Confidry 24/7 but I'm wondering if there's anything that would help prevent leaks further without wearing plastic pants. Particularly the waist while laying down for extended periods of time. Thanks in advanced. also if anyone tries to message me I'm new and cannot reply.

I prefer the tape on tabs.
