Pregnancy play

Being a submissive sissy and portraying a female, I have always thought it would take it all to a new level if I could become pregnant. I have, on several occasions, simulated my own pregnancy by the use of large enemas. 4-6 quarts will stretch my belly to give me the look of being knocked up. Cramping is my contractions. But the one thing that is missing is pushing out a baby. I hope that some day someone could invent a gel type capsule that would contain a compressed doll. The capsule would be inserted before having sex. Then sex will happen and as the man ejaculates, his semen surrounds the capsule and causes it to melt away and open up. Then the delivery can begin when I am ready to give birth. I know I am not lucky enough to have a vagina but would like to be able to stretch my opening and push out a baby to complete my femininity. Also need a well equipped male to deliver the seed. Would have to be able to supply a lot of semen.
