My best friend

Sometimes, I step back from the diapers and take into consideration my best friend of 16 years. I've known her since the second grade, and I learned only last summer about her incontinence. She has a hormone imbalance which causes her urine production to be incredibly rapid, causing her to urinate about 12 times a day. She wets the bed nightly and isn't a stranger to daytime accidents.

I was touched when she confided in me, but I was absolutely speechless when she said she'd trust me with diapering her. I wanted to tell her about my diaper experiences, and I almost did when I asked to borrow one (I told her about my tendency to wet the bed during caffeine binges). She likes to lend support to bedwetters on a certain social networking site, but often gets a lot of fetishists. She's told me many of these fetishists have been hounding her, as they have to other girls who are truly incontinent. Thus the moral dilemma.

Sad truth Charmingboy, I've surfed through many incontinent sites. And you see allot of disrespectful people, or misguided people who think it's fun, or Okay to write all sorts of fetish stuff in these places. I've also seen people who were incontinent, that have admitted they are also diaper lovers in these places take a beating, because of the things written there by misguided fetishist.

I know she's rational enough not to pigeonhole me as the kind of fetishist that likes to start trouble with those coping with incontinence. But if she trusts me with diapering her, I want to do it to express my trust, not because of my sexual tendencies. My only hope is that this doesn't change the dynamic of our close relationship.

Why does your friend need someone to diaper her, does she have some sort of handicap? If not, it seems the thought of someone else fitting diapers must be stimulating and she may be trying to tell you something. Maybe she is more of a AB/DL than incontinent. Can you see what I'm saying? Just a thought?

Well, it's not necessarily that she needs someone else to diaper her. The thought crossed my mind that maybe this is her way to advance the relationship sexually, because she's a very shy, reserved person who wouldn't outright ask about anything too personal or intimate.

She should know you well enough to know you are not a creep and might be happy to have an understanding person to hang with

Well charmmingboy let me tell you im or should i saw was incontinent for a while and if this girl said that to you she is opening up to you to see your reaction. She may be incontinent and just wants to test the waters with you to see your reaction. trust me if she says diaper me please do it for her . i had a girlfriend that i told after she caught me with my diapers under the sink one day, long story but when i told her she broke it off becuase she could not handle her boyfriend being in diapers !!!! BITCH!!!! lol sorry. If this girl says that to you she may be opening up to you becuase she is ashmaed and embaressed to the fact she needs diapers!!!! But wants to know that someone will be willing to accept her for how she is and who she is not for what she wears. I have visited many a incontinent sites for help and i must say most of the girls there know if your a ab or realy incontinent. They knew i grew to love diapers becasue of this problem but was not a diaperfetish person per say! maybe now but not then. i always liked em but hated the fact i needed them. On those sites yes you get harrased by many people including girls who said ill baby you if you want , belive it or not its just not guys doing that shit either. At the time i was there for support not diaper play. she will be ok And you will be also. so diaper her and hold her and tell her you love her for opening up to you. she will be all yours forever trust me i know how much guts that took to say what she did to you and it was alot of guts pall. Just let her know you love or llike her for who she is and not her underwear she wears. She needs your support just like i needed support and she needs know in her own mind it is not the end all situation she thinks it is!!! its hard to over come trust me its hard but you do overcome it and learn its a bigger deal to us inco. people then it is to others in the world. So keep us posted and if she needs any support tell her or you to let me know and i will be glad to help out any way i can i know a bunch of inco. sites that can help her and you cope with it. I say you becasue you are involved now and need to know what and what not to say to her in situations .

Mamasboy, you are exactly right. I'm gonna see her later today, so now would be the time to let her know the true breadth of our friendship. I've told her over and over that I support her and am willing to help her in any way I can. Wish me luck.

I wish you luck as well charmingboy. What has been said here is very true - she trusts you enough to confide in you and ask you to do something most intimate. Show her how much you care for her as a person irrespective of what she wears, and you'll have a very close and lifelong friend if not a helluvalot more!

I enjoy diapers, but not so much to call them my best friend. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It's like having a teddy bear.

I can understand your friends delima as i have to wear for need. It can be down right aggrevating at times to have these "others" just constantly asking for pictures and crap. just let your friend know that there are people out here that truly understand and are here to help if need be.

Thanks for the encouragement, Ashleey! I've fended off a few people who persistently ask her for pics, and I've been reduced to threatening some guys who just don't get the hint. But even with that, she is still diligent enough to make the effort to reach out to others and to tell the world about her experiences. She's a hero amongst frustrated, incontinent women.

What's the moral dilemma? You're not hounding her, other people are. She trusts you to diaper her, and you enjoy diapering her.

Is the dilemma because it's sexual for you and not for her? You could let her know that you really enjoy diapering her, and that it turns you on... but you could keep those feelings to yourself and respect her wishes if she'd rather keep things non-sexual.
