I like silence in the house so I can hear any and all sound of the enema I'm getting. Sounds the bag makes as well as sound of gurgling as my belly gets filled with hot soapy water.. Same is true during expulsion; I want to hear all the sounds.. It's why I like to be alone in the house during my enema sessions.
Just before I unclick the clamp-- I'll put a channel on the TV --turn the volume down low. Then --- click -- the warm soapy water streams in with that invigorating tingle.
One occasion I have put some relaxing spa type music on. And usually I’ll read some enema erotica while releasing the enema. While receiving the enema usually I’m too focused on the feelings to want to read or watch anything.
I usually listen to Native American flute music or New Age music when I am taking an enema which helps me to relax and enjoy the sensations of the enema, especially if a lubricated colon tube on an enema bag is stretching my anus and creating a tight feeling .
I prefer to be quiet and listen to the sounds of the enema.Pretty much the same for me as Vicki. I might occasionally listen to something jazz or classical, but most of my enemas are taken either in person from my trusted Domme or if solo, in a very submissive mood with my fantasy Domme telling me how to take it with maximum submission and humiliation from her narration and instructions. So I'm concentrating on all the various subtle but noticeable enema sounds which include from the rubber bag filling, valves clicking, water rushing, gas bubbles moving in the line or in my colon, pump squeezes, bag gurgling empty, water moving with massage, rubber clothes or sneakers squeaking against each other or the floor, etc. Not to mention the moaning and groaning sounds I undoubtedly make during enemas and "listening" to my cerebral Domme give me instructions and warnings which add to the D/s flavor and arousal.Eric
Don't mind a little background music some Alternative Rock would do nicely. As long as it improves concentration and does not distract.
