Hi all,
So, out of the blue, I feel like sharing.
I saw a friend of my wife's yesterday, a 35-year-old single lady with a beautiful face, kind of oriental, the shape of the eyes almond-like, the lips luscious. I remember when she was really thin, four or five years ago. She's put on a little bit of weight since then, which to my eyes at least is even sexier. She was sat in her beach chair and I could see the folds of skin on her abdomen whenever she leant forward, a wonderful little imperfection. She has several: although Mediterranean, her skin is white as snow. She burns easily in the sun. There are a few red-orange blotches high up on her hips, and she has a small mole at the bottom of her neck. She is real, and as sexy as a real person can get. A lawyer. God knows why she's been single for the last 4 years.
She has very small breasts. The top of her swimsuit is tiny, and does its job just fine.
I fantasise that I'm a doctor and I examine her in my surgery. Nervous. As soon as I take her pulse on her wrist I realise she's nervous, despite her attempt at a calm appearance. Blood pressure slightly elevated. She says she's a casual smoker, I suspect she smokes more than she admits. I tell her to take her top clothes off. She complies, but asks "Bra as well?" I confirm, she proceeds to remove it. I listen to her lungs carefully - from her back, her front, and her sides, while she's sitting up, sliding under her arms to listen to the sounds of her breathing. I support her back, and tell her to straighten up her body and place her hands behind her head. I palpate the apex of her heart. Fast, forceful beats. I tell her to stay put and place the stethoscope in my ears. I listen carefully at each location with the diaphragm, then go over them again with the other bell of the stethoscope. Sounds like mitral valve prolapse. She is also auscultated in the supine and lateral decubitus positions. She undergoes a heart ultrasound.
I don't usually get much farther past this point.
Regards,
MWS
