I received my new SiliconeNozzles single balloon nozzle earlier in July just before I went on vacation. I didn't have the time or the right hose barbs to do a "break-in run" with it until today. I did do a "test-fit" before vacation and managed to get 9.5" of it buried in my rectum and colon; I just needed to seat the last 2".
Today I started out with two 2 quart soapy enemas prior to introducing my new nozzle for a trial run. I bought my nozzle in the "10-soft" material and I thoroughly enjoyed the feel of this material sliding into my rectum and advancing into my sigmoid area. The soft material aids (IMO...) in the nozzle making the turn in the sigmoid + using some water inflow to help. Once, twice, and on to three attempts I did not get the nozzle seated all the way in. On the fourth attempt, I felt the nozzle gently seat itself by using one or two slow pumps on the balloon to slowly pull it in all the way. Once again, I can't say how silky smooth this nozzle is entering your colon compared to my old double balloon retention nozzle. I pumped the balloon no more than ten times before I had what felt like a nice "full-ness" in my rectum and the nozzle flange against my anus.
The only issue I ran into was leakage at the hose barb-to flange junction. I was using the nylon adapters purchased from SN on this first try-out. I am going to substitute a brass hose coupler on my next play attempt and see if that helps. I would suggest you do a trial run in your tub to check for any leakage before a bathroom floor or bed enema series to prevent more cleanup than expected.
Once again, the function and feel of this nozzles is outstanding! The 1/4" bore for fluid injection seems to be perfect as I didn't even know water was flowing most of the time-I had to check the level in my bag for confirmation. This resulted in a cramp-free day compared to my Klystra phenolic 3/8" injection nozzle.
Those who have ordered and are still awaiting delivery have a lot to look forward to. The SN website is forecasting about a three month wait for this beauty and that's just what my wait turned out to be.
A picture of my nozzle is on my Profile page + a new nozzle I picked up from SN's "ready-to-ship" page.
Happy nozzeling to all!
