What Happens to Your Sex Toys When You Die?

I have jokingly told a friend where mine are and instructed her to remove them before the kids find them.

A small diversion from the original question but a friend of mine volunteers at a charity shop and was amazed to find, that upon opening a black bag found, a variety of sex toys. None of them were in the original packaging so fair to assume they had been used. One of the volunteers pulled out a large black dildo and loudly asked what it was. My friend was in tears of laughter trying to carefully tell her what is was.

Apparently all the toys ended up in the bin as they were not allowed to sell them, even if they had wanted to.

I'll be dead so I don't care, but I have so much enema equipment and enema related stuff that it will make the local and maybe national news. Nobody could come across this much enema stuff and not go, holy shit !! This is a world class collection.

The OP posed the question in reference to "an untimely death", where i presume i would die before I had a chance to get rid of surprises to be discovered.

On the one hand, there would be the implements and articles my family would find and be completely surprised by. But if they found the external hard drive which showed me using/wearing those things in pics, it would piece together a story for them about the man they never knew. They would indeed discover that i had lived a double life, to which I don't think they would ever discover the fullest extent.

Most modern operating systems have some not-too-difficult way to have an "on the fly" encrypted section of the disk. That would take care of the "finding embarrassing pictures" problem.

Our kids will just have to figure out what to keep, what to sell, and what to pitch. After being somewhat grossed out that we used such things, let alone knew these things exsisted.

With enema equipment - bags and nozzles, plugs, nipple clamps, various vintage medical pieces, and the other stuff we have they should have quite the time. They will be searching the internet to find out what things are, what the are for, and the value of the vintage pieces. I know some will kept. That is who our kids are. They have a kinky side, they just haven't found it yet or they aren't saying much.

Strangely enough it would probably be my ex wife who would go through it. We've been divorced for yrs and our kids are teens so we've still been in each other's lives almost daily. We also did some kink while together so she won't be really surprised... just maybe over the extent my collection has grown! And she's already in trust of my assets (as I am with her) should something happen as everything goes to the kids.

This thread is making me laugh. When my grandmother died, my daughter and I, and a few other adults, did a lot of the packing of her clothing to bring to the charity shop. At some point we shifted from closets to drawers and my daughter held up a pair of literal “granny panties” and asked what to do with that drawer, since most charity shops don’t take underwear. We told her to throw them away but then one of the other adults said “WAIT!” and made a quick check of the underwear drawers to make sure the poor grandkid wasn’t scarred for life finding grandma’s dildo! I only talk about the main tool box, but we have a couple of smaller ones also, and various and sundry pieces scattered throughout the master bedroom and bath. As for "furniture", I have one very large piece so far, and MrsFn said she was going to make a smaller version of the note, laminate it, and have me attach it to the exam table.

@DrFn Given I don’t have a partner to live with, I have to unfortunately be ‘mobile’, so I have a “Bag of Pain”, a “Bag of Pleasure”, and a “Bag of Medicine” that I take with me. Two carryon size suitcases have the extra stuff and stay at home. One day I hope to unpack at home and leave it all there!

We have a small collection of toys at one time before my second divorce had a lot more and had lot of fun with them. I did away with most of them have started to get more. My wife enjoys me using them with her has big big O's now that she says never had before she met me.

I had never given it any thought but from a legal view in the event both my husband and I leaving this world together everything physical and monetary goes to my daughters.

They may argue over who gets certain things like art work or sentimental things but I suspect who gets the various dildos, speculums, crops and other items collected over the years wont be much of an issue. My eldest is by far and away the kinkier one.

My guess would be that with the electric ones, the batteries will slowly run down and they will eventually cease vibrating...

I have no kids and no kin. I have many interests and literally buildings full of stuff. All I can hope for is that somebody will pick through the stuff and find some goodies they can use and perhaps think of me when they do.

I have picked through similar peoples estates, some I knew and some I did not know, but when I use something I got from one of them, I think kind thoughts towards the person who unwittingly gifted it to me.

This actually is something I think about. If I survive my wife and siblings- I am the youngest and have no children or nieces or nephews. For me, it would be about not putting my mother through anything she would find traumatic. Other than that, who cares.

You could be in a bad accident. I would hope someone like my sister would empty my toy drawer before mom and dad get down here. I would not want to freak them out. When they come down to visit we always put all of our toys in a box and usually in a closet under other boxes. But if I die they can be thrown away or whatever.

Believe it or not, I am pretty sure most of our mothers have had sex. I know this may be a shock to you, but I suspect they had their thoughts as well. Hell, look at the age spread here, from 18 to people in their 70's (any octogenarians here?) so I suspect your dear sweet mom would be a bit less shocked than you might expect.
