I was browsing the aisles of Wal-mart, a store that I prefer to spend as little time in as possible, when I made a discovery. They carried Duct tape brand duct tape in blue, pink, purple, black, brown, white, yellow, green, orange, and camo. I grabbed pink, blue and purple. I had a roll or clear packing tape at home that was wider than the duct tape.
On the way home, I stopped by the dollar store and picked up some sheets of stickers with Disney characters on them, and some others.
When I got home, I took a diaper, unfolded it, and flipped it over. I took the colored duct tape (purple) and taped a strip smoothly across the front and back of the diaper. On later diapers, the colored tape bends were wider. I then picked the stickers I wanted, and decorated the tape and other parts of the brief.
After I was done designing, I put the clear packing tape over the duct tape and stickers, making sure to cover all loose sticker edges. On later diapers, I covered the entire plastic backing with packing tape to reinforce the diaper. This gave the diaper much more strength, a better taping area, more wonderful crinkle, and made them darn cute too!
They look exactly like cutsie baby diapers, only with more tapes!
If I get time, i'll post some of my designs.
