Medfet/bdsm combined

I lean towards @naughtydoc 's comment that MedFet is BDSM. But I sort of understand there is a lot of people for whom it's just a sex game or foreplay with medical instruments / with a medical setting or theme.

For me personally it is all about role play, the dominant/submissive relationship of the doctor-patient, apprehension, fear, humiliation, practices that are uncomfortable or painful. I've talked to many people online who just wanted to play with medical instruments or use it as a sexual foreplay and that does not turn me on or interest me in any way.

That leads me to believe there are people who actually see BDSM and Medical as completely distinct things. Also the volume of medical-fetish-related porn kind of supports that. And it's actually the majority where the patients smile, laugh, respond sexually, where the scenario is a mix of a play exam and sexual stimulation or sex. And that genre I would call Medical Porn but not really a sub-genre of BDSM.

@Clinic_Boy thank you, though I want to add that this is not my opinion or a random statement, but rather exactly what books, websites, and experts say. Not that wiki is the ultimate bastion for info, but even they say medfet is common type of bdsm play.

While I agree that MedFet likely falls into the BDSM spectrum of kink as it's a power-exchange play, I think what the OP was trying to convey is the combination of a medical exam fantasy and bondage - which doesn't usually go hand-in-hand. I think we can cut them a little slack in their wording.

And yes, I like bondage mixed with my medical play.

I like restraints to be used during some parts of the examination but it is up to the Doctor as he is in control . I think if works with the right situation

If the Dr wants to do perform a delicate procedure that you have to be kept still for it , then restraints can be used .

Adding restraints during a exam is always erotic for both patient and doctor.

@Nurse_Phillips Most of the time I have my wife bound and blindfolded when I examine her, test her limits, perform all manner of stimulation. If I try to do this without restraining her she will try to peek from under her blindfold to see what's happening next. Someone mentioned getting a hood. That sounds like a good idea. Not really hard bdsm but definitely combining strip searches so some type of forced element and handcuffs with exams

Never actually put it into play but I love the idea of using restraints in a play exam. I think it would help give even more of my control to my dom
