As posted before, I've had 23 RT partners. Of those, three agreed to try and didn't like it. I of course respected their objections and NEVER pursued it again. 20.loved it (including my wife) How about your experiences?
Based on conversations, and limited experiences, I certainly don't claim to be an expert, and can't speak for all, but I think that the vast majority, don't get turned on by rectal temps., even if they do like some form of ass play. I would hope to be proven wrong, but my observations lead me to believe that. Personally, I would welcome an adventurous sex partner, who is willing to think outside of the box.
Way more often than not, “would you like to come to my place so I can take your temperature,?” has worked for me at the bar. They don’t know if you mean it literally, but what they do know is that it’s not very likely to be just another boring fuck for them. Whether a thermometer or anal beads, “you’re not putting that into me!,” always ended up with (it going into them), and every one of them seemed to enjoyed it. Getting a woman to accept anal beads or a thermometer was more important to me than getting laid. It’s how I “notched my gun” so-to-speak.It’s all in the delivery and timing. I have quite a few married lady Facebook friends whose husbands have no idea of what their wives did with me before they were married! As a professional musician, my opportunities were plentiful. “Bass players do it deeper” is a matter of fact.
Of all my play doc exams, I have yet to have a patient not check the rectal temp. box on the list of exam procedures. It might actually be the single most requested item on my list and one of my personal favorites as well. There’s just some very intimate about sliding a thermometer into the bottom of a willing patient.
In discussions I've had with females, any number of them have openly acknowledged they either as adults or in their later teen years had their temperatures taken rectally, or said if their temperature needed to be taken rectally, they'd be OK with the procedure. Most females I've taken RTs on, were agreeable, though some were reluctant, and I never pushed the issue with them. And yes, overall females do have their rectal temperatures taken, either out of necessity or in a role play or relationship circumstance.
