@Enema_loving_mature_woman
Tammy, let me get this out of the way:
WOW! What you described sounds really, really hot. I think I need to experience your neighborhood. I hadn't ever really considered being paraded about (at least that's the way it seems) after others watching me being given an enema. Being naked in front of others isn't really a problem for me. I just hadn't really imagined as a group of people watching (as opposed to participating). Are you and your neighbors accepting applications for volunteers?
That being said, reflecting back on when I have used my simpler nozzles (without a large retention bulb or balloon to hold the solution in), I realize that what others have suggested about leaving open the valve is what has worked for me. I have a bag with a Higginson pump which, by design, is equipped with two check valves. The presence of those valves in that pump keep the solution from flowing back up the tube, so it really doesn't matter on that hose whether the valve is open or closed. I can't force any flow back up the tube and that one is "hard to hold."
But I realize those times when I have been able to hold those larger volume enemas while being hooked to the bag with a non-retention style nozzle have been on those straight through connections from the bag through the tube while leaving the valve open. I have three different translucent clear silicone bags. My largest one (nominally 5 quarts, I've measured it in liters) is usually equipped with the hose with the pump. My other two are nominally 4 quarts (which I've also measured in liters. The reason I measure in liters is because it is easier to figure out the volumes needed for those glycerin enemas I like to take from time to time. But I digress). I also have a 4-quart red rubber bag with a standard latex hose and nozzle. But I can't see through it and the only sense of it's remaining volume is the bulge.
Of course, on the the things I do like to do (with a balloon retention nozzle), is once "full" I like to disconnection from the hose and bag while the nozzle hangs out from between my cheeks. The check valve inserted in the end of the nozzle keeps the enema solution in and two clamps make sure the balloons remain inflated if I accidentally knock the inflator bulbs off. I can "parade around" with this combination for most but the strongest soap and and glycerin enema solutions.
Recently, I used one of my douche nozzles to apply a rinse enema after a very soapy glycerin enema. The soap/glycerin enema was applied with the 5-liter bag, the rinse was ready to go with one of the 4-liter bags. The reason I would typically use this nozzle is that the higher concentration glycerin tends to sensitize my colon to the point where it is difficult to insert my larger or longer nozzles. So, after being cleaned out by the soap/glycerin mixture and expelling that, I took the smaller nozzle and stood while the rinse enema solution flowed in. Of course, my colon was still pretty active even as this rinse flowed in. I noticed that the liquid color in the bag was becoming slightly tinted and realized that the pressure in my colon, and specifically the contractions, was forcing the liquid back up the tubing into the bag. When the colon contraction relaxed, the solution would flow back in under gravity, But I was able to hold it for quite a while as long as the valve was open.
One other thing, and maybe this is a guy thing, The closer I am to orgasm, the easier it is for me to hold an enema in (with or without a nozzle inserted). I can deflate a balloon nozzle or pull out any of the other nozzles after taking nearly any enema solution and hold it in. The sphincter and the pelvic floor muscles seem to really tighten up to hold the solution in. Now, 20-60 seconds after cumming, all bets are off if there is no nozzle or plug inserted.
