Laws about nudity, and how they're enforced -- or not enforced -- are always interesting.
In the same small town I've been writing about, a beautiful and statuesque woman in her early 30's used to walk up and down the sidewalks along the main road, shortly before sunset, wearing nothing except a *very* sheer, thin white nightgown that left absolutely nothing to the imagination... including her belief that what nature put there should not be shaved or trimmed. To my knowledge, neither male nor female police officer ever asked her to cover up. She also frequented a local shopping mall in the same (lack of) attire. No attention from the security staff, either.
But if a man had tried that, he'd have been in a squad car and on his way to jail, in 5 minutes or less.
In some parts of the world, of course, there are as many exceptions as observances of rules about nudity... that park in Berlin comes immediately to mind.
And even in the U.S., until recently (and as numerous posts on Zity attest), parents felt free to strip their children (even teens) in public, for a spanking... without fear of reprisals. These days, I hope, they'd be busted for child abuse.
And someone like Thandie Newton's Christine (in "Crash," 2004) was probably in greater jeopardy of being arrested for fellating her husband in the car, than if she'd been spotted doing same in a park. (No doubt due to the officers' concern for safe driving.) The park would probably get an instant's strobe from the cop's flashlight and a laughing admonition to "get a room!"
I think I'm done with the "thrill of possibly" (but not at all likely) being spotted... I would like to spend some more time at nude resorts, though. Being naked is just such a good feeling.
These days, would we need two masks... one for the face, and one for downstairs?
