Anyone have any luck contacting silicone nozzles lately?

They seem to have had trouble answering their email over the past year.

I had a problem with one of their products recently. A nozzle I purchased had dimensions significantly larger than was advertised. I got an email off to them & got a response within 24 hours. They agreed that the dimensions were wrong, changed the description on the website, let me choose another nozzle of equal value, free shipping and let me keep the nozzle with the wrong dimensions. Robert went way over the top to keep me happy. Anyway, no problem contacting them.

I've only bought one nozzle (a Model S), and they were very responsive and helpful.
