I'm calling him a pedo due to the appearance of motives. To simply utilize a child in something in and of itself is not pedophilia, even though you are correct-for everything created, someone out there could potentially masturbate to it. However, if the person who gets off on the situation is, in fact, the person creating the scenario-solely for this purpose-then I call that pedophilia.
Think of children like JonBenét Ramsey in the beauty pageants. If the parents, or whomever is involved are simply there because child beauty pageants is where their interest lies in a non-offensive way, then so be it. But let's say that you have some pervert organizing the details, and he suggests that they have a childrens beauty pageant swimsuit two-piece swimsuit edition. Perhaps nobody picks up on the ulterior motive here, but there is one, and that person is a pedophile who is operating, for the most part, under the radar except perhaps to others who have similar interests-they can call it when they see it.
Back to this video. Sure, I agree with you again that being diaper enthusiasts does make us ultra sensitive to things like this and what motivations could be potentially misconstrued. On the other hand though, if you pay close attention to the devices used in the video (the specificity of camera shots, props, etc.) you'll start to notice something: In the entirety of the video there is no actually content other than a child forced into diapers and humiliated. Like stated before, the voice over is comprised of two-bit Hallmark fluff that anyone could write in their sleep; it has no real meaning, but it sounds terribly profound (and cliche). The music has no motivation and is almost completely inappropriate; somebody wanting to truly convey strong emotion in a video of any nature would have payed more attention to this-but this wasn't the motivation behind this. Everything was rushed to get to the gold in this video-and then it drags and drags.
All of this screams of very specific intent on behalf of the creator. A person is not likely to get away with making a video that is so blatantly exploitative and thrusting it out there without risking getting caught, but if they hide the true nature under fluff and misunderstanding it might just work. Then, when people see it, even if they might suspect something they will be hard pressed to provide any proof against him beyond the fact that perhaps he's just ulterly incompetent as a filmmaker.
Unfortunately the burden of proof is mine, and as I am no lawmaker or lawyer I haven't really much a clue as to what could bypass this charade and get this thing removed and him dealt with appropriately. I also fear that, due to its nature, the person who might be able to do something would be very unlikely to ever happen upon it as it is fairly buried and not something that most would consider finding.
I'm pointing an accusing finger at him because of intent, as it is displayed in the entirety of that video, pure and simple.
