I leak when I am under stress

I have always had what I call a weak bladder. When I was little and got into trouble I used to wet myself and that continued as I got older when I was under stress. My mom used to make me wear a pad in my panties as I grew up and kept on doing that until I met my gf. We now live together and she makes me wear a pad, or pull ups. If I misbehave, besides a spanking, she will put me in cloth diapers with plastic pants and I am then not allowed to use the toilet unless I have to poo.
