I moved my 415 in a u haul enclosed trailer. I highly recommend them. They are low to the ground so getting things in and out is easy and there are no mileage charges if you have to hump a long distance. Also, it is covered so the world in not privy to your private business. My box table after I stripped it, see below, went in my little trailer encased with moving blankets.
It looks like your table will come apart quite a bit. The top will come off with some fasteners, the drawers will come out, the stirrups will come off, the pull out step should pull out. This may take some time with a took kid but none of it is rocket science. Plus, once you get all the stuff off of it, and get the back support post down, it looks a lot like a regular desk to the casual eye.
After field stripping my box table you can move it on flat surfaces with a regular 2 wheel dolly very easily. I had about 100 feet of grass, dirt, and a little blacktop to cover before the trailer and I had no problems with that on my own with the dolly. I also had an indoor staircase with 20 steps or so to navigate down, and I was able to do that on my own, once it was stripped down.
If you are less sure of your lifting abilities see my blog. I built a device many years ago that I have use for getting all kinds of heavy stuff up and down stairs. It is a wooden thing that looks like a bench. It is the height of two steps and the width of the staircase. You need one helper. Both of you tip the heavy object down and slide it up/down one step, and than lift it up, and the one person quickly chocks the device under the back end so it sits level with no effort. You can catch your breath and than take the next step the same way until you hit the top or bottom.
Good luck with your new table. Getting it in is not nearly as bad as it sounds if you have simple tools to take it apart some and simple devices to help you move it over flat and up/down stairs.
