Wow! I have enjoyed this discussion, thank you all.
My bath scales read down to tenths of a pound. For mental calculation, i figure 2.1 pounds per quart. I come to this conclusion, using my scales to confirm what was said a few years back. For health and well being, 2.1 is serviceable.
Sometimes i play with the scales a lot. Sometimes i forget to weigh before i start. Enema weight gain or loss is helpful in being ready pee a lot in the moments ahead, maybe. Or if you get it in late,,,, will it interfere with rest. (need a cool quart?)
My solution to kicking it all out, if i want that, is a final 90*F quart.
If i have the rest of the day at home, i will enjoy having a pint or quart lost up inside. Then weighing with each set out, for the fun of it, sometimes. Then you know if or not more will be arriving at the door in a little while, be ware.
I add ¼ cup baking soda to each gallon of water, which seems to play well in every way, too.
And If i did not, then the final quart, will at least be a proper mix.
