Punishment for drinking to excess

My Mistress has ordered the following punishments for me: For the next ten days I am to wake up and slap myself on the face 100 times.After I have breakfast (My Mistress is kind enough to let me eat) I will write this 200 times: "I have no self control and am a bad sub.I am constant disappointment and failure.I do not deserve my Mistress."

I will then insert a homemade suppository into my rectum via my anus and will retain it while kneeling for 30 minutes. Once the 30 min are up, I am to spank my anus 50 times.

Finally, before I go to bed I will cane myself 100 times, 50 times on the right and 50 times on the left. I will then give myself a small enema of 100ml warm water and 20 ml liquid soap and insert a butt plug. I am only allowed to release it the following morning into a diaper. The next day the punishment continues. I will slap myself 100 times before cleaning myself and beginning my day.

My Mistress has sent me here to ask Zity members for further punishment suggestions which can be implemented alongside the current regime.

I will not be allowed to leave my home for the duration of the punishment.

My punishment continues and I am following Her orders.

She was merciful to reduce the two hundred lines to one hundred, with, community service of at least an hour a day, every day for a month.

No one has a non-working computer for 11 months and no access to other computers.

Just like to add my little bit to this, caz and myself have known nicol for quite a while, and we are pretty sure what he says he does, he really does.. We are his on line.......for the moment, master and mistress, and we unnderstand he also has a real mistess he sees when he can.We speak regularly on here and maybe once a week on the phone.

I know of a punishment for those whom drink to excess. Stop drinking. It'll be hard sure but it can be it's own punishment and reward some times. Just a thought to anyone else looking for a way to stop drinking or what ever your burden is. Just stop doing it and hold to that. It'll be your worst self punishment but your reward is better in my opinion.

If it were that easy, there'd be no alcoholics.
