ENEMA SCHEDULE
We are empty nesters and now have the opportunity for more conventional sex which may or may not include enema play. If our working schedules allow it, because we are both are required to travel, we enjoy one and if possible two enema play weekends a month. Separated by at least one week.
A planned play weekend usually begins on Thursday evening with a light supper and sometimes giving each a suppository (rare); Friday morning before going to work we have a light breakfast and also a light lunch and supper. An hour or two after supper we shower together then give each other 2 mild soapsuds enemas followed by a third which is non soapy. We start with what we call a “Mimima” which is a pint of warm water with a half teaspoon of Dr. Bronners Liquid Castile Baby soap in it. Having two bathrooms, we usually give them to each other simultaneously in the 69 position but without any “adult culmination”, this helps to extend the build up for a grand finale during or just after our third enema The Minima is not timed but held for as long as it is comfortable to do so. An hour or so later individually give each other the second soapy enema, 1-teaspoons of the baby soap per liter, from a 3-liter EZEM bag. This enema is given slowly at a rate of 10 to 15 minutes per liter, it’s an enema not a race, and only as much as the recipient can comfortably tolerate. I usually take about 2-liters and my husband 2 & ½-liters. The enema is not held because it’s been doing its work for at least 20 to 30 minutes and provides a good preparation cleanout for the next two days activities. To assure that there will be no follow on soap irritation the third enema, a saline or baling soda, is given from any of our collection of bags. This enema culminates in a full “Adult” experience either during or after. Then it’s bedtime.
Sunday and Sunday involves 3 or occasionally 4 enemas a day, none soapy, all with some form or another of marital play, spaced so my husband can “recover”, and “firmly” continue to participate. Some are given simultaneously like we do on Friday evening, others individually to each other, others solo, usually me, with him watching but not permitted to speak, help or touch, we call this “The Fly on the Wall.” It’s a great turn on for him especially when I’m wearing sensual clothing, i.e. garter belt and hose, merry-widow and hose or just thigh high hose, or it may be, any of our several scenarios.
Our variety of activity and equipment is large collected and developed over 37-years of marriage. The only enemas that remain constant are 1,000-ml ones taken simultaneously, from clear plastic bags that we’ve marked at 100-ml levels, for easy visibility of the enemas lowering in the bags providing additional sensuality. They are taken in the 69 position Saturday and Sunday evenings after showering and just before bed time. The nozzles are inflatable EXEM types to help with retention. Saturday evening it’s diluted red wine 1-oz wine to 3-oz water. Sunday it’s either Chamomile or Catnip tea. These enemas are taken slowly, only 100-ml at a time with several minutes between stages to help with retention. The diluted wine is safe to take and does provide a mild buzz; either of the teas are relaxing and remove stress. All provide a good nights rest so we’re ready for the new day.
