I love the idea of being naked and handcuffed behind my back. Even being handcuffed first, then stripped. Like maybe in prison setup. Being forced into a position, like tied onto a spanking bench where the butt is immobilized and exposed for spanking, enemas etc. Or strapped to a table, in a position where he can watch the bag deflate as it empties its contents into him. Where the receiver can see and hear everything happening as the enema is prepared, bag hung, hose and nozzle attached and lubed. Yet can't do anything about it as the nozzle is inserted up his ass and the balloons inflated, locking the nozzle in place. He knows what his immediate future is--just a question of when he hears the valve snapped open and feels the flow. And he knows he must take it all, as the balloons won't allow leakage. Then he must hold it until the balloons are deflated. Part of what makes an enema exciting is the humiliation, the certainty of the outcome, and giving control over to the one administering the enema.
