Forced medical exam

"A New Mexico man has settled with local authorities for $1.6 million after claiming police forced him to undergo “multiple digital penetrations and three enemas” on an invalid warrant and without finding any of the illicit drugs they were looking for."

I don't find this erotic.

I am with you, @buttdial. This is not erotic, it's enraging. Frankly, I'd rather live in a society with the "illicit drugs" the article mentions than one in which the authorities feel that they essentially own the bodies of the people within it and can brutalize them under the guise of doing their jobs. I'm glad he got that settlement and I wish it had been a lot more.

Jesus what a nightmare!

I am not sure, if it is the truth, or only a " story " based of " phantasies " ??

@4711koeln It's true. It was all over media when it happened and the court records are public.

Now LE in NM no longer have qualified immunity so it will be a lot easier to sue their asses off. What they did to that poor man was unbelievable. The sad part is that every last one of those assholes that had any part of it should have been charged with SA and sent to prison. I remember reading it in the news papers and if I had not been living in NM at the time I would have thought it was BS. LE in NM is FUBAR.
