Does Klystra.com still offer members a discount? I remember they once did and I am in the market for some new equipment.

YES! I wrote Robert at Klystra and he kindly wrote back to tell me that orders under $100 got 10% off and orders over $100 got 15% off. I want a new clear bag too! There is something about seeing the liquid going in that is so appealing to me. Here's the codes:

Yes the code works! the code is case sensitive type "ENEMA10" or "ENEMA15" exactly. I got $24 bucks off! This site has already paid off!

Does anyone know what may be going on with Klystra? I placed an order with them Monday the 15th, and still haven't received my merchandise, today the 22nd.

The money for it was received by them and it has cleared my bank.

They say it's a 2-day delivery via USPS Priority mail.

When I call them, all I get is a recording that "they can't answer the phone at this time." Their number is 800.708.0477.

I've called this number several times over the last 4 business days, but always that recording.

Anyone, please give me some info.

Someone had said that they thought the company was closing, but I don't know if that is true!!!

I ordered several times in the fall of 2014. I had no problems then. They reissued the double balloon nozzles in January but I didn't order.

I hope they are just buzy. I ordered from them last Thursday and they have processed my PayPal payment. I'm hoping for fast trouble free delivery. I did send them an email but did not receive a reply.

Well folks, I think I've been stiffed by Klystra. They've taken my money and ran. Same thing has probably happened to you, Soloeagle.

I've still not received my package, and now (the 23rd) it's been 6 business days since they received my order, and 4 business days since they processed my payment and it cleared my bank. That's $94.00!

And, their phone still gives that automated message that they can't reply to my call and leave a message for them to call me back.

Well, word to the wise if we've truly been stiffed: don't order from them again.

Oh, I also sent them a snail mail letter today....see if they reply or it's returned undeliverable.

I sure hope you're mistaken and the delay is due to something out of his control. Hopefully you'll hear something soon. It's unthinkable that anyone would ever stiff a klismo.

I had to file a complaint with my credit card against Klystra because they took my money but never sent me my order. I finally got a credit but it now makes me wonder, who can you trust?

For starters It really does pay to read what is exchanged here rather than jumping to conclusions or making assumptions....Klystra has in the past circulated information via its website specifically in relation to double balloon rectal catheters....Two instances were addressed,one being concerns with product life /durability & the other related to finding a suitable replacement manufacturer that could guarantee both quality in its product & meet supply demands....the latter could be problematical apart from product testing prior to re-releasing.

On top of this there remains the fact that Klystra is a 2 person operation (direct relation to it's founder) operating out of Hawaii with longer term plans for delivery ex Cali....Some time ago (approx12months) mention was made by the operators that they had full time employ to support Klystra's future & made the point that any communications would be handled at their first available opportunity...By all accounts it's unknown what progress has been made....See also their PDS.

The filing of a claim can only further hinder a small business...one which had been a specialty supplier to a non mainstream market.. & 7 days without reply is hardly what one could call exceptional or evasive....Try ordering a custom paint job for a new order vehicle...you'd be lucky to see it inside 30 days.....This is reminiscent of instant gratification mindset....There is ample documentation recorded here at zity in relation to Klystra...Conduct a search beforehand....review articles....take it from there--just sayin.

No one knows what problem(s)...if any...might have befallen this unique operation....hopefully there will be further positive communications & deliveries made to satisfy anxious customers....One can indeed hope that the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of all parties !!

To That Australian: if Klystra operates out of Hawaii, why does their web site give their address as on Washington Blvd in Fremont, CA? Just a mail drop, store front, or what?

To others as well: I've bought things in the past from them about 2 years ago, and they were prompt in delivery. I can't remember if they honored the 2-day USPS Priority mail.

I'm not filing a fraud claim with them, but I have done two things which I don't care to hear anyone's criticism. One, I started a Post Office tracing investigation to see if anything has been shipped from their address to mine in the last 2 weeks. Second, I've had my bank start an inquiry on the debit transaction. If they haven't been able to find any credible information in 1 to 2 weeks, the charge will be credited back to me.

I don't care for the inference that Klystra is a 2 person outfit. If they are honorable, why then did they take my money within 2 days of my order?The merchandise was not shown as "out of stock." Each item I ordered also said "usually ships in 24 hours." Well, if it does come in the next two weeks or even month, I'll be surprised.

Again, why don't they reply to my emails? Why is their phone always giving the instant "...can't take your call (sic); leave message and well call you back ASAP." And they never do;I left messages 3 times.

I don't appreciate your comments and inferences one damn bit! You may an inference that I don't have integrity, maybe because I'm a new member and have made 5 posts here. I'll have you know I have the finest integrity. So what if I've made 5 posts or 500?

Then you question if what I say is "legit." Why would I go to all this trouble in my investigation, and share some of it here?

Interesting news, I ordered some things from them years ago and was very satisfied with the quality and I don't recall any real problems with the service. Today, one can order from a firm like amazon and scarcely have time to turn around when your order arrives. Or, the other side of it is small, older, "mom and pop" shops just send things out when they get around to it; hopefully it just got delayed somehow.

Did someone here living close to the Klystra shop, making a visit at that shop to see what happend, and post here a follow up ?

Is it possible to have financial datas about that company ?

It can be a small shop, only owners working there and due to an accident or sickness the shop is temporarily not open.

Let us post here about the Klystra problem, and NOT about member competence or Z.B. experience / seniority.

I think it is always useful to report on vendor performance, whether it is purveyors of enema nozzles, model railways or mountaineering equipment. It would be very sad if Klystra went to the wall as they provided excellent products. I made three purchases from them over a period of nine months and always found their service good. However emails were not answered and the offer of a free replacement headpiece for my JBL never materialised.

You can't go by this type of google data. I doubt it was supplied by the company and google didn't go to the IRS for it either, especially since it is a private/not publicly traded company.

I jumped on the double balloon preorder at the end of 2014. I have yet to see a product due to "manufacturing delays".

A few times during the 6 months I've gotten a reply to my inquiries, but no product. Supposedly, they were ready to begin shipping in May according to an email I received, but I couldn't even get a reply about how far I was down the preorder list and a rough ETA.

Klystra products are good, I've ordered from them in the past and been satisfied, but customer service fails miserably at answering inquiries.

I'm strongly considering sending one final warning, provide a status ASAP or I'm calling my CC and reversing the charges for not delivering the product I ordered. I hate to use an ultimatum, but almost 7 months without my order is bordering on absurd, even for a preorder.

Mail out of Hawaii was not slow. In those days you could get mail to Virginia from Saipan faster than you could from NYC!

@ Arthur--To post ones experiences about vendors could be a very good idea...preferably located under a specific category / separate heading as suggested...which in turn would allow a potential product purchaser the opportunity to make judgement decisions based on the percentage quotient.....Testimonials can be very handy when weighing up the options that influence spending.

However there are always considerations that may also have a bearing too, dependant upon a number of factors...Say for example with negative ratings the most important being verifiable proof (beyond all doubt) as to conduct, that any stated reg company...it's company affiliates...representative(s) or individual operation had deliberately & purposely set about reneging on their responsibilities if that is the subject of ones personal complaint....Before any permanent text material should take place...I don't think it fair that any individual or corporate body should stand falsely accused without undeniable proof.

So rather than denigrate (crucify) a company based on ones own personal experience a performance rating would simplify & contribute more meaningfully,thus reducing a persons anxiety prior to entering into any type of financial transaction & hopefully reducing the risk element as a result...in so doing nullifying the natural propensity for the average person to react in a negative manner should things not turn out as they expected by optioning to commit.

Even then it's nigh on impossible to account for everything when determining accuracy in representation due to any one of a number of variables involved....Such as :..1) New premises relocation...2) At call temp staffing arrangements...3) Damage to premises ( ie : The Collector)...4) The passing of a founder leaving turmoil in the wake...5) Postal re-direction while establishing permanency....6) Transfer of ownership by deed or to a trust....7) Transitioning regulatory authorities (state to state)...9) Meeting given health regulations (by applicant) as determined...10)Workplace safety at every level (biohazard criteria)....not to mention any likely catastrophic event, just to name some.

Apart from whatever the outcome may be, again I hope all is settled amicably for all parties.
