Auscultation with clothes, bra, topless, naked...

How do you fantasize about auscultating or being auscultated?

What are the patients wearing or are they naked?

I like my patients to be fully clothed at the start and then take off clothes until topless. I do like the line "can you lift up your shirt for me please" always conjures up images that turn me on haha.

I think that seeing a (female of course) patient wearing only her panties, lying on the exam table while I'm toroughly ausculatating her hearth is among the most beautiful thing I know both in my real professionnal life (for now more than 30 years !) and in my playDr leasures

I also like, just after, auscultate neck, abdominal ( aorta, kidney and illiac) arteries, check carotidian, wrist, inguinal and ankle pulses, then measure toroughly blood pressure on right and left arm .

The next step is registering EKG : adjusting arms, legs and chest electrodes then start the machine and looking during a long time the paper sheet as the patient is waiting, often a little bit anxiously, the results of the exam

Oh i do agree - having that degree of control is a real plus for me. And i have to admit to a liking for a nice item of lingerie worn by a waiting patient.

Of course naked also has its place and i will usually insist on repeating the steth exam with no bra as well, jst to make sure you understand.

The best way to begin the exam of a (female of course) patient is in her underwears and not, as your AngloSaxon colleagus use to do , undressed under of one of these ugly gowns ! There are a lot of wonderful matched, synthetic, half transparent, white panties and bras in which our patients seem almost more undressed as she were nude !

Of course, for hearth and lung exam, bra has to be removed

Before 1990, the next step was the radioscopic exam .

The patient , still wearing only her panties, was ordered to go into a little dark room where she had to go inside the device, putting her bare chest adainst the cols glass wall and spread her arms . The Dr , sitting outside the device could hold her hips through appropriated holes for optimise her position ...

And then was beginning the unbelievable spectacle of beating hearth an inflating an deflating lungs . As in stethth exam Dr ordered deep inhale, stop breating,deep exhale. As for sthet or EKG exam, it was great to feel some little bit anxious patient waiting in the dark "all is OK."

Now, and it's a good thing to avoid X rays exposure, these exams are no more done. whowever and happily, new wonderful exams are now available ! For example echography is able to contribute to a very torough hearth exam ! as in the 20th century, to be a real and/or play DR is, in the 21th one, a great job

oh the radioscopic exam! that is one of my favorite fantasies! it's good for people health it's over but like Toubibnantes told it was a wonderful thing: doctors instruct the patient like they do on auscultation :"take deep breathes" or "take a dep breathe and hold it" the instructions were really quite the same of the ausculation and the observer could watch the lungs and heart in action...

and watch the patient with the anterior posterior and lateral areas of the thorax...

I have a friend who is a doctor. Internist. 45 years. At the medical examination of my girlfriend on Saturday, said the old doctor that she has too little potassium. Although he has to listen to your heart about 10 to 12 minutes, then I do not believe him until the end. He is old and could miss something. So I asked my doctor friend, though he can examine my girlfriend. If he comes tomorrow. I told him that he needs to listen carefully heart of my girlfriend. I was never all that into auscultation, but recently my boyfriend/playdoc did something new. I was lying down wearing my panties and hospital gown with the opening in the front. He opened the gown, pulled my panties down a few inches, and very slowly pressed the stethoscope all over the exposed parts of my body. It was amazing, even if a real doctor would probably never do it that way.

I often fantasize examining my patients topless. Sometimes I fantasize them wearing elbow gloves as well as high heel boots.

I fantasize examining the patient sitting up with a vest type gown open in the front. As a auscultate I open that side of the gown revealing the breast with an erect nipple.

The lingerie idea is a new one...I like it. I usually fantasize about being in a gown, or a t-shirt, or a button-down shirt... there is something about the doc having to work around the gown or shirt that is such a turn-on.

If I was the doctor,and female patient is wearing a shirt,I find it sexy when I have to undo some buttons,and put the cold scope to her bare skin,put my hand beneth shirt,just for a brief auscultation...or if she has a t-shirt she would lift it for me..a then she would take her (t)shirt off and I would do a more serious exam,her wearing only bra.

I actually find auscultating woman just in a bra very sexy,I don't know why...i generally like to see a girl in a cute bra..

if I was the patient,I like it when female doctor lifts my shirt,just for a brief(unfortunatly) steth exam and puts her oder arm on my shoulder...and then the naked auscultation...

I remember when I had an exam for army,I was just in my underpants,and she took some time for examing my lungs and then my heart...I will never forget her perfume!! and to my big suprise,the same female doctor was examing me for my drivers licence,but I just lifted my shirt,and it was not as long...

For me everything should be in the hands of the doctor; it has to be done while lying down, at first fully dressed, then having the doctor removing my clothes until naked. As he undresses me, he notices that I am somewhat uncomfortable when he inevitably touches my big breasts. The auscultation will therefore naturally be followed by a thorough breast exam 😄

I agree with carita, there's something special about having the doc work around a shirt. It adds some sort of a risque element as opposed to blatant exposure (which is obviously great too, but in a different way). Also makes the encounter seem more spontaneous and causual, which adds even more to it.

Firstly I have my patients take off their shirt and be just in a bra. I do a precursary listen like that then for full examination the bra needs to come off as not to miss anything!

I agree with Visiblebeat. I would rather have the playDoc work around my bra first, just knowing that it is going to come off and to build up the anticaption that I will soon be totally topless and exposed to his eyes.

My gynecologist does a very thorough exam with the stethoscope. She uses a front opening vest and listens to my heart while having it opened. She also lifts up my breast to listen. That's how I imagine it should be done.

My fantasy is to be in panties laying down, or to be examining another woman in the same position but in the froglegs pose. If I were the doctor I would also like to be naked or wearing panties so we could switch positions quickly. However, I am sad that none of my most recent doctor exams have involved a good, thorough steth exam either in panties or a gown. 😢

Not only in Poland. It happens also in Russia, Bielorussia, Ucraine. Women have to be toppless and undress bra before the doctor. Never gowns or some pieces of any other clothes. Only naked skin.

When my doctors steth me, it's always topless. makes no different whether it's real exam or play exam

And here is where we get into an interesting discussion about what is what i think is appropriate versus in appropriate actions on the part of a Dr, or Nurse, or whoever is checking my heart. I am not overly large on top, not small either which i believe has a lot to do with the method used by the Dr/Nurse/whoever (whoever being that curious other Dr or Attending or student that is around).

Normally it's with a gown, or in my bra, hand on shoulder, back then around the front UNDER the bra from the bottom and above. Hardly ever anything else.

BUT, I have experienced more than one Dr that will prior to asking me to take off my bra if at all, push his hand down the front of my bra and cup my chest with the scope in position. It's funny to me how much they have to move it around too!

When in just a gown it's usually in from the side and under so.. what the hell am i saying here? Some will cop a feel others don't. But more often than not in my personal experience they do.

Sharon i think it would be very unprofessional for a real doctor to do that but a play doctor can get away with it.
