Clean out day

Every 4 days. Start with coffee, then 2 water follow ups.

Body tells me its time, and more than ready every 4 days.

I don’t have a regular clean out day or schedule. And, even though I enjoy lots of enemas, usually my main focus is not a complete clean out. I have tried “enemas until clear” a couple of times out of curiosity but they take a lot of time and unless you are fasting and also taking an oral laxative, you never get really clear. It takes all the fun out of the enema for me.

Most of my enemas are for enjoyment rather than getting completely empty and I rarely have more than two quarts in me. I much prefer several smaller enemas. When I do coffee, I use one quart because it is much easier to get in and hold than a full bag. And, I read that the veins in the rectum absorb the caffeine more than the rest of the colon.

More like a clean out long weekend. Twice a year, daughter and I do a juice fast over 3 to 4 days with the guidance of my naturopathic doctor and a home health nurse in our neighborhood.

We begin by eating lighter meals on Tuesday and easing into clear soups and prepared juices on a Thursday. Jen and I willl take full bag enemas on Friday morning, which already show signs that we starting to clean out.

On Saturday morning, we’ll get out and do a brisk walk on Saturday morning. Then we will retreat for an hour or so with our respective enema bags, and by now we are feeling pretty cleaned out.

We will maintain a broth and juicing regimen through Sunday morning, no enemas needed, and break the fast beginning with light meals around noon so to begin rebuilding our energy before going to work on Monday.

We find this is a sensible and healthy way to “come clean,” although I do admit that on occasions, and it’s usually when I’m over stressed, that I feel the need to take a high enema and clean myself out — add a satisfying orgasm that further relaxes me, and I can sleep for hours!
