Clean out day

I don't, but I often wish that I did. I saw this lady on facebook that leaves the bag hanging in the bathroom to let her submissive know that it is almost time. Oh my, that idea definitely has an affect on my thinking.

Love to have to think about it all week and know have to take my Sunday night enema from my wife. I think that would be hot and really add to the experience.

I have an enema every Wednesday and Saturday on a regular basis plus an occasional bonus one. I grew up with this schedule and pretty much have maintained it with occasional deviations due to things that just seem to come up.

Growing up, we were kept to a strict Wednesday night/Saturday morning schedule of enemas. Wednesday evening after dinner, we knew to get undressed (yes, totally nude) and report to Mom's master bath for an SSE, followed by a plain rinse. Saturday morning started with a “wake up" Dulcolax suppository, which was to be held through breakfast. Our bowels were ready as soon as we finished, and we were allowed to do what a suppository makes you do. Again, we had to get naked and report to the master bath, this time for enemas til clear. If we were good, and did not complain (we knew that was a waste of time), we got to go to the kid's show at the nearby theater, with a quarter to spend at the concession stand. (Yeah, back then, a quarter bought a drink and a candy bar or BIG bag of popcorn!) Sister Lisa and I developed a love for enemas early on, and were ”sneaking" them using Mom's 4 oz bulb. So, I don't recall ever having a “normal” BM growing up.

I try for a good multiple enema clean out and coffee retention Sunday morning and a quick coffee enems mid week.

I take my Enemas mostly on Sunday morning

“Enemonday!”

I take enemas mostly on weekends, because i don't have much time to prepare. Filter water, boil, wait it to get colder. From start preparing to procedure it could pass half a day. And for good clean out it takes another 3-4 hours.

I need to schedule a weekend away and do a cleanout day. When I do a thorough one, it can take a day or two to completely recover. But once I’m recovered, I feel so much better.

usually do ducolax tablets, magnesium citrate or castor oil. I’ll also use soap sticks, liquid glycerin or glycerin suppositories with a butt plug at regular intervals throughout the day. I like to maintain a steady level of discomfort and pain throughout the day. Most difficult moments are the cramps, mixed with burning sensation, my sphincter muscles can’t seem to stop any liquid that is trying to come out my bottom, but I have suppositories or a soap stick inside me that I must retain. Forced to rely on a butt plug and focus is completely on clamping around butt plug. Butt plug is covered in shampoo or liquid ivory soap as lubricant, glcyerin or liquid ivory is squirted in my bottom to use as lubricant. If I really want to challenge myself, I must hold suppositories while standing up or in slight squat position.

yes, I have some weird enjoyment with pain. When I finish the cleanse day, I feel so much pride for doing something that most people can’t handle.

Every Saturday if there are no other circumstances what block the schedule.

My clean out day is just in preperation.

I took four Duloclax tablets and one Dulcolax suppository, as well as a sleeping tablet 30 minutes ago. So the first release will be before I go to sleep and then I will be woken by an extrem urge.

At 6am it's time for 45g Epson salt and at about 10 or 11am one or tow very large enemas will follow.

And yes, I can feel the sleeping tablets already working and the suppository is already doing it's magic.

It's either Saturday or Sunday, usually Saturday that Mom makes the rounds for enemas! Yes, I am getting a little nervous and anxious at the moment!

No set day when younger, just whenever I'd “rise” to the occasion. Now in older years, no big clean outs, just one shower shot in the morning, and one before I go to bed.

Every 3 days for me . My roomie knows it and she helps me keep that schedule. Love her for it .😁😁😁

Now that I'm retired, basically anytime! But I take a good enema almost every day. I can't have a bowel movement without one.

@Moms_Egirl The big red bag slowly empties the warm soapy contents into you, you watch the bag flatten, you pussy getting wetter with each pint. You want to touch yourself but you have to wait, grinding your legs together in anticipation.

The bag is empty, you stroke your warm full belly. Then it happens the cramp you know so well. It is time to empty. You pull out the nozzle and rush for the toilet.

Sitting down on the seat, the cramps come faster and harder. You clench your sphincter as you stroke your pleasure point. Then it happens, a giant orgasm while you empty the full contents of your bowels. Then a second wave of pleasure, more water and waste.

Then it's over, you are breathless - Until tomorrow ❤️🌹😉

I'm in the same boat of not being able to have a BM without an enema. So I take an enema every morning. I use my shot shower shot so it's quick, fast, and convenient.

Recently, early Sunday mornings have been the best time for bag enemas, but I enjoy shower enemas most anytime.

I do a 4 to 5 day ritual fasting enema routine every month I start on the morning of the full moon. On day one I take three enemas; the first two with soapy water and the a third with isotonic plain water solution. Days 2 thru 4 or 5 are usually one enema a day. Occasionally if I need a pick up I will take a second coffee enema later in the day; definitely a quick buzz. My husband enjoys anal now and then so I will take one in early evening.

Mostly solo, so no regular day, just when I have opportunity

Only during very bad patches of IBS have I brought myself to follow a regular enema schedule. Otherwise, I’m a as-needed girl. When things are doing better, I take enemas only when my body prompts, trying to arrange my alone time for as soon as possible after pain or discomfort starts; if I start to back up but am not in pain, I try not to let it go beyond three days.

I don’t get many respiratory bugs these days but will also take an enema when I feel something climbing into my sinuses; the rest and hydration always seem to help in that circumstance.

As someone with chronic constipation every day is a "clean out day" sometimes it's more effective than others. For a really effective cleanse, a cecum flush, it's a visit to a colonic hydrotherapist. My fabulous therapist hung up her speculum in August 2025. Now I have just found another lady who seems to understand people like me, so I will be going to meet her in October. She states on her website that a colonic "cleanses from rectum to cecum"!

In the duration I have been following the advice of a lady on this site, she knows who she is, and combining Ducolax tablets, at bedtime, Ducolax suppositories, held for thirty minutes and then herbal tincture irrigation implanted through a colon nozzle (SN OF-13-FLY )

@Iris1858. @Moms_Egirl. My new therapist is not only happy to use my SN CSRE-2.75 speculum enhancement nozzle but offered me an enema on top of the colonic!! Needless to say I responded positively. How good is that******!! I told Twinkling Granny Sue about this and she was so pleased for me.

I usually take one every 7 to 15 days, depending on how I’m feeling. I try not to do them too often—except on rare occasions—but I also try not to let too much time go by.

I aim to do it when I have free time, usually on a weekend afternoon between 5 and 7 PM.

It’s pretty much the same routine I’ve had since I was little... except for the day of the week: *never* on weekends, because that was when we had to visit relatives.

I used to take enemas on school days—in the afternoon, of course. I remember how often I had to miss out on games and time with friends because I had to take an enema, and having to come up with excuses every time.

I really didn’t have a clean out day it was more when I was in the mood I use enemas for sexual play. I started injecting a weight loss medication it really got me backed up I stopped using it but my colon has remained very slow. So I’m doing enemas every couple days now in the evenings to remain clear otherwise I don’t move my bowels but every four or five days. There’s a big law suit about this some people even obstructed due to this medication I’m looking into this. So now I’m stuck using enemas a lot and orgasms as well as seems I can’t have one without the other I’m lucky to be single.

Anyone else going through this

Sunday is my normal clean out day. My wife starts with giving me 2-3 quarts of coffee and massages it as high into me as she can. After that's done we wait about 45 minutes ish then we do 2 quarts of warm water to rinse. In the past we used to start with two quarts of soap but that was time consuming, now we do coffee on Saturday morning as well. That has the side benefit of reducing my Red Bull consumption.

Tonight and tomorrow morning though is special super mega clean out night. I have a colonoscopy tomorrow and my ADHD medication tends to constipate me. So I'm starting with four bisacodyl pills at 3:00 which is also when I have therapy starting, a bottle of magnesium citrate at 4 (when therapy ends), and then when I got home I'm drinking two quarts of Miralax mixture every 15 minutes. I'm making four total, one for tomorrow morning and one extra if needed.

My plan tomorrow is at about 11:00 to take a two quart warm water enema, hold as long as I can, and wash out any remaining Miralax and bile. I'm aiming to be the world's first 10 on the Boston Bowel Prep.

Dr strangelove, roxysneakergirl has something in store for me tomorrow. She will probably blindfold me, just to calm me down, don't know what she will do next, last time she inserted a speculum and examined me prior to a good enema. Roxy knows how to give a good enema.

For many many years I used to reserve Saturday and Sunday now it's just Saturday. Enemas-til-clear is the objective. Most Saturdays it's me, Barb, and Em. But on rare occasion our friends Chris and Sal join in. Never gets old... Barb is my partner, Em is a 'real' RN friend whom has re-discovered erotic enemas.

I usually set aside a day during the week to do a good clean out if I don't have to go into work the next day.

I also have also taken a series of enemas on Saturday mornings.

My clean out days is usually once a month and sometimes more often if I get horny 😆

I receive them every saturday
