I myself have not faked being 'sick' .... however, In my experience recently as an ER nurse i believe i may have been hoodwinked by a rather charming lady.......
I was asked to see this lady as she wanted a female practitioner, It appeared that she had 'lost' a condom the night before and was now worried that it was stuck inside and she couldnt get it out. So....I had to go look for it. Its usually a lost tampon or such like and not a pleasant task, certainly not one i would think about later with pleasure. This however, was different. She was funny, sexy and charming and had i met her in a bar, i think we could have been good friends. But i digress....
She appeared to be very embarrassed and i tried to put her at ease, explaining the procedure and saying that i would be as gentle as possible. I prepared the patient, lying on her back, feet together, knees apart, and gently inserted the speculum, a colleague of mine, (Female) holding a torch as we had no spotlight. Well, i couldnt find it at all, i looked and looked, the patient was insistent that it was up there!
I explained that i would have to get the doctor to try and find it, and that this might include a manual examination. She got very distressed and begged me to do it instead.
I explained that I might have to use two fingers and that i would have to just feel blindly to try and find the condom. She insisted that i do it, and was almost crying when i said that i would.
I pulled on a fresh pair of gloves, tight fitting purple nitrile, and spread her labia with my left hand, whilst inserting my index and middle fingers deep inside her. I had no need to lubricate my fingers, as she was very wet. It was at this point that i began to question her motive. But surely not? who would come looking for that?
I carried on, feeling deeper, all around the cervix, tring to locate the condom, but no where at all could i find it. I explained again to the patient that i couldnt find it, and she again begged me to try harder. I was dubious and concerned as some people can claim abuse or inappropriate behaviour, and i thought that this was close to the mark. She again said that she couldnt rest if she thought it was still inside her, so, against my better judgement, i slid my fingers deep inside her again. By this time i noticed that her labia and clitoral hood were swollen and there was quite a lot of moisture on my gloves.
I probed deep inside her vagina, satisfying myself that there could not possibly be a condom inside.
I withdrew my wet, sticky fingers, removed my gloves and said that i definately could not find a condom inside.
She thanked me profusely for looking, i gave her advice on signs and symptoms to look out for, such as discharge, fever, pain etc. She got dressed, thanked me and walked out.
I was more than a little curious as to whether she was faking or not, stranger things have happened on my shift for sure. However, I thanked my chaperone colleague, washed my hands and went to see the next patient in the queue.
When i got home, i did something i dont usually do and i discussed this with my husband. He got aroused quite quickly by the thought of me having my fingers inside another woman, its one of his fantasies..... and we had the most fantastic sex. I had a lovely nights sleep for a change before my next 14 hour shift in ER.
Was she Faking??? what do you think? what would you have done? 😃
