Birth roleplay using vaginal object insertion and enemas

Sorry if I’ve missed another discussion about this, but I have had a search and cannot find anything that matches what I feel like I need to discuss.

When I have role played labour and birth, I have used vaginal balls such as Ben wa balls, one egg sized, one baseball sized, inside me, with an enema to simulate the urgency of labour, along with the desire to defecate that I felt while giving birth. The balls are large enough for me to feel stretched and full, but not large enough to actually hurt.

After watching a video on pornhub, where she places her balls inside, and puts her panties back on, I have role played with balls inside, saline in my butt and panties back on.

I have fantasies of waiting until I cannot hold the enema anymore, kind of like waters breaking.

Has anyone else roleplayed like this? Did you use an inflatable instead? I just really want to start a refreshed discussion about birth fetish and ways to simulate.

You might want to look into Aniball. I think it appears to be better than Epi-no from price, objective, and performance perspectives. It is meant more for training breathing and pelvic floor techniques, than stretching the vagina like Epi-no does. It may be useful in birth simulation.

I know of a few medical aids that could feel the way I want them to, but I was curious about other experiences by people in the same conundrum as I am.
