Fantasy Health Spa

OK as usual I'm starting something off with no clear idea where it's going but I often have daydreams about my ideal health spa where I imagine staying for a week whether I want to or not. These daydreams are mostly quite vague in their content but always involve lots of enemas administered by stern rubber nurses.
