Fantasy Health Spa

OK as usual I'm starting something off with no clear idea where it's going but I often have daydreams about my ideal health spa where I imagine staying for a week whether I want to or not. These daydreams are mostly quite vague in their content but always involve lots of enemas administered by stern rubber nurses. Some humiliating exams by female doctors & some prescribed stretching of my anus, urethra etc. Forced 'milking' orgasms tend to arise often too. I imagine going to a spa knowing it is restorative but not what it does. And lo, I arrive and have to leave my clothes at the desk. I get a key to a room and go there. It is a large space with a large bathroom and 6 beds and ob-gyn tables and more. Two men are getting enemas on the tables. A woman is massaging another naked woman. I find an empty bed and lie down to watch. Another naked man comes over and tells me everyone has to have an enema when they arrive. He takes me to a table and lubes up a butt plug that goes in while he prepares the enema: 2.5 quarts of soapy water that he adds half a quart, a pint, of gylcerin to. This will be a tough one.

So for a week or so the patient endures daily enemas, rectal temps, maybe waxing/shaving of everything below eyebrows, milking for men, naked yoga and sensual massage, healthy diet, relaxing meditations…

On the last day the thorough exam happens again. And the doctor prescribes the patient to come back in half a year.

Next time the patient already knows he would be naked the entire time, undergo different pleasant and not treatment whether he wants it or not. Otherwise strong bullies make him do that and that would be even more humiliating…

I have often fantasized about going to a spa and getting a "treatment"! Usually it is a legit spa but things go a bit too far and I end up with a prostate massage.
