I'm not sure what everyone else thinks, but personally I'm getting rather sick of seeing ab/dl-related videos on YouTube. I don't personally think we should expose non-ab/dl's to our fetish, which is inevitably what happens on a mainstream, family-friendly site like YouTube. I realize the frustration that comes with having such an obscure, "eccentric" fetish, and sharing fetish related pics, vids, etc., but I wish some people would exercise a little more discretion in doing so. Not everyone in the ab/dl community WANTS the cat out of the bag so to speak. Even if my personal privacy is maintained, I can't help but still feel a little violated when I see ab/dl videos posted on "public" (emphasis on public) sites such as YouTube. As a rule of thumb, I think we should limit ourselves to sites "specifically intended" for fetish-related multimedia instead of inundating go-to, public sites like Youtube with sexual, ab/dl content. Even though I love diapers, I don't honestly think other people should be exposed to ab/dl stuff without good cause. I don't believe that public exhibition of diaper fetishism inspires empathy or understanding in people. On the contrary, I feel it generally has the opposite effect; people consider us freaks. And unfortunately the sentiment is somewhat justified. What else would someone with no diaper fetish think if they saw some random video of a (half-naked) adult striking sexual poses in a diaper, or peeing in a (baby-ish) diaper??? Naturally they're gonna be a little disturbed. Just as I myself am disturbed watching two guys french kiss. It's not that I'm homophobic; I'm just not gay, so it's "disturbing" to me, no offense. ...As a community we don't need "understanding," cause people who aren't ab/dl are simply not likely to understand. What we need is acceptance and libertarian-style privacy. To be left alone, and not be bothered by "outsiders" who can't understand us. And the best way to achieve that is by playing in our own play-pens so to speak, and not mess with the "big kids." If the big kids wanna see our diapered butts, then they can come to our play-pens.

....So please, people, stop posting diaper stuff on public sites like YouTube. Convenience aside (and I don't know what happened to abdlvideos.com) it's not doing us any favors.

I would agree the masturbation and defecation videos are in poor taste, but that said how will vanillas ever learn about the wide array of expression within the ABDL community. If people have never seen or heard of an interest in diapers, then exposure helps long term to normalize this in people's minds. If you look what the experience of exposure did for civil rights, disability, homosexuality, etc., I will argue that the overall effect of exposure is good. I can understand if you do not like it, but do not propose your views should be used to legislate what is acceptable. If it is not illegal, then posting videos (even those in bad taste) help create exposure. You may disagree with me, but there is a fairly large body of research regarding how exposure to other thoughts and ideas ultimately leads to expanded views. In the meantime, if you do not like it, don't look at it, but I'll be damned if I want your hatred and legislation of your comfort levels. Like others here the first time I found out I was not alone was an earth-shattering experience.

Don't worry folks! Our current regime will "fix" all of this. Once EVERTHING gets eliminated and privatized there will be no need for discussion. "Inappropriate" material will magically disappear. We won't have to consider such things. We have experts to guide us....."
