I’d say I’m very anal erotic, yet I absolutely do not enjoy anal sex. I’ve loved anal pressure, anilingus, DREs, one finger held inside me during sex, pressure on my perineum, and of course enemas, sometimes with a colon tube. All of these things feel great to me. Heck, I even enjoyed the feeling of the endoscope in my rectum when I woke up during the middle of my colonoscopy.
Cross a size threshold, and it is awful, fast. Despite lots of lube and what I would have considered adequate preparation, I found anal sex horribly painful. It also seemed to paralyze my lower GI tract for a couple days afterwards, not what I’m looking for in my life with IBS.
Despite purchasing a small collection of beautiful handmade borosilicate glass plugs, I find that only the smallest one gives me pleasure. I thought I’d work up in size, and tried, but the pain is a real deterrent. Now that the glassmakers who produced my favorite extra small plug are out of business I cannot find a standard plug that works for me (“small” is too big) and treasure the only one that seems made for my anatomy.
I assume from trying to use a Delrin enema nozzle I bought that my rectum is probably shorter and narrower than average. That nozzle is on the edge size-wise and quite painful to insert or withdraw, although it can feel okay once seated. But unless I assume a very unusual position (draped over an exercise ball), no water will flow. My anatomy stops it up.
My guess is I’m just smaller, as the block is neither mental nor due to mishandling, but because of this I need to draw a line to have a good time.
