Yesterday I had a very nice Enema in morning. this morning I had a small BM but I still had one then a session with the shower shot after I took a shower with a large Enema. I dont have any problems with frequent enemas I will return to normal BM when I stop taking the morning Enemas.
I’ve been taking enemas daily, weekly and monthly for years and it hasn’t affected my normal bowel movements.
I suppose it’s part of growing older. One to two days, then two to three days and now my last enemaplay day it took a week😝
