Ever been subjected to an anoscope?

I had one used during a play exam once. Play doc asked if I would be okay with it, and I figured I was already in position, so… 🤪😂 First and last experience I’ve had with an anoscope!

Yes at a real exam. The proctologist had me lay on my side and he inserted a finger first and felt around. Then he put the scope in. It didn’t hurt me but I can’t imagine how it would feel to someone who isn’t used to anal play.

As someone who hasn't done a lot of anal play (but am aroused and enjoy what I have done), my anoscope exam was not painful at all. I thought it was a strange feeling of fullness. It was very pleasant and I enjoyed it very much.

I have never had an anoscopy

In real life, I only ever had one rectal exam. It was when I was 10 and being evaluated for IBS. It was only a digital exam, and I remember I was really uncomfortable during it.

In medical fetish play, I've had multiple rectal exams. A few of them involved use of an anoscope. Initially I was a little uncomfortable with it, but over time I've come to enjoy the rectal exam more and using anoscopes and such, now that I better understand who I am sexually and learned more about how to many rectal play more enjoyable.

My play doctor typically incorporates an anoscope or rectoscope in every play exam I have With him. This is done while I’m on my back with my knees pulled up and also on my hands and knees.

I just recently started using a rectal speculum on a patient of mine. She’s not happy about it, but she tolerates it because it’s necessary for her health!

I have not had the anuscope exam. It certainly appears unpleasant. I have had colonoscopy now twice and received a notice to set up another one next month. It's not as dreadful as one tends to hear, especially the prep part, because during the procedure, one is asleep. Get it done is my advise.

Yes I’ve had them in real and play exams. They’re really not as bad as they look. Definitely was pleasurable in the play exam. The real exam it was so quick I just felt a little full.

I have not and I'm not sure if I would want to experience it.

When she finished answering all the doctors questions he said okay we are going to have a look up there, I had no idea I would find this very exciting when he said please remove your pants and underwear and lay on the table on your side and pull your knee up.

He was sitting on a roll around stool almost eye level with my wife’s bare bottom and said I going to insert the scope you might feel a little discomfort, with that he started the insertion, I was sitting not more that a few feet away with an unobstructed view.

I was very surprised how exciting it was watching the Doctor insert the scope up her bottom.

I had a BIG anal scoping by a proctologist!

Using a long tube he checked me out for bleeding back in the 70’s.

Most interesting part was the positioning. Had to kneel on this motorized table thing, nurse said relax….then the table rotates forward and my butt winds up in the air….then came the tube….not memorable from a discomfort point.

I have done it checking most of my male patients. Always throws people off the first time. I’ve also been in the receiving end once when I was the patient. The doctor had me exposed on all fours on the table. Didn’t hurt just felt like pressure. I felt super vulnerable.

I had one a couple of years ago when I was having some rectal bleeding issues. The appointment began with the medical assistant having me change into a gown. She said I could probably leave my underwear on for now. As I was changing, I noticed some supplies on the counter covered by a paper towel. It was the anoscope and some packets of ky jelly and some gloves. The anoscope was plastic and looked intimidating. The Dr came in hand had me lay on my side on the exam table with my right knee pulled up to my chest. There was some awkwardness, since i still had my boxer briefs on. I pulled them down in front of him and tossed them on the chair with the rest of my clothes. The Dr raised my gown to uncover my ass and told me he would begin with a DRE and then be inserting the scope. The finger portion took about 10-15 seconds and I remember him going clockwise around and spending some extra time feeling my prostate. It was fine. The scope didn’t hurt, just felt really full.he put it in and removed the center part and used a penlight to look at my anus. It was awkward but not painful. He then said he didn’t see anything concerning but I should get a colonoscopy to be sure. He then handed me some tissues to wipe my butt and left the room. I wiped and there was a mixture of KY jelly and fecal matter on the tissue and I remember feeling very embarrassed.

I don't really know. When I was about 20 years old I had a very thorough physical exam from an old school internist. At the end of the exam I was bent over the exam table and something slid up my butt for just a few seconds. It was smooth and there was lubricant on my anus when he finished but I don't know what it was.

Only once. Had a exam that revealed one or more hemorrhoids. Done by a doctor. Not really uncomfortable at all. I was probably 30 years old and it was mildly embarrassing.

Regularly subjected to rectal examinations due to medical condition.Up onto the examination table and lay on left hand side bottom bared.Have my anus lubricated and a latex finger pushed up inside my rectum, can feel his probing. This is then replaced with a metal proctoscope or the larger longer rectoscope so deliciously embarrassing, especially as the procedure is carried out by a male doctor with a female nurse present. Feeling every inch being forced up inside me.

I once had anuscope and rectoscope used by a doctor, I remember it as embarrassed but it was all professional and good done by the doctor

It was a male older doctor.

Over the years, I have had numerous DRE's. I have had colonoscopies, the last showing internal hemorrhoids, and I have a history of fissures, and have been having symptoms. My GI doctor has referred me for a colorectal/proctology consult, which will happen next month. I am given to understand that an anoscope is likely.
