Hello fellow humans, recently there has been a breaktrhough with a AI chatbot that can react to a person almost like a human and can help with all sort of task. https://chat.openai.com/ My pervy mind's curiosity couldn't wait to test it and I tasked it to generate a medfet story about a female patient. The outcome was better than expected and with some more prompts and polishing I think I would be able to get a whole story out of it.

I think there's some tuning in this model to try to avoid explicit or even slightly “problematic” results. It's definitely tuned towards chat and not long-form description, too. I think because of this, more than anything, most results you get out of it won't be quite right.

Then again, a lot of short medfet stuff isn't high art anyways.

It's an exciting technology. I'd love to have an AI “assistant” when I'm writing, but it's not quite there yet.

I also think it's funny to imagine all the AI researchers reading all this niche kink stuff that people make it write.

The story seems very mechanical and unemotional. No apparent plot. No SPAG (Spelling and Grammar) errors, but there is one telltale it was not proofed by a human editor - very few professionals permit the term “alright” to replace the phrase “all right”.

If that is the best a bot can do, human writers have little to worry about for now.

I recently read an interesting article vis a vis copyrights of AI generated “art”. Legally, any decisions will be groundbreaking and piss off just about everybody concerned. The US Copyright Office, however, has taken a stand and stated that only humans can be granted copyrights, so if a bot wrote it, painted it, etc., it is in the public domain.

I am not interacting with a chat bot of any kind... i'm old school. You think it up, you write it! I don't use apps to order food or drive thrus they are too impersonal. Get out of your car and walk in and talk to a human!

I find this intriguing. AI is still in its infancy. Will the market for porn help drive development? AI is not a good thing in my opinion, but some really good porn may be come out of it.

The ‘market’ is probably the worst indicator or driver for porn imaginable. Since sales of such material need be done in the public sphere, in stores or on-line, that means that the produced material needs to strictly adhere to existing laws and legislation.

A normal thing one could say, except that such laws vary enormously from country to country, state to state and even location to location. Meaning the results will more than likely be the lowest common denominator.

Besides, I doubt that anyone can write really good arousing material unless they themselves are aroused by the subject. That is why commercial erotic writing is mostly boring and uninspiring as can be. Add in AI to the writing pool and I doubt any machine/algorithm or whatever one wishes to call an AI, can ever be sexually aroused and therefore produce good material that succeeds in the purpose of causing sexual excitement in a human reader.

After more testing I see the pros and cons of this technology. It will definitely not recieve a nobel prize pro literature anytime soon, but it can write an erotica that is at least stylistically better than many human written pieces. The thing is to realize what you actually demand from erotica. From my experience it was the surprise, when the AI was able to describe something arousing that I didn't expect. But if you need to prompt it too many, you would be better off to write it yourself. Moreover soon you learn the patterns the AI works with and it becomes more repetitive. Plus it has been trained to avoid depicting explicit content and when you think you found a loophole for it to be overcome, there is an internal break that stops the bot from writing it anyway. The last part was really annoying and got worse with the new version.

I still hope someone will release a version of such bot without the silly “no sexual content” restriction, because then it would be interesting to see how far the rabbithole can go.

Sounds somewhat like the hype about virtual sex … lots of talk about ‘potential’ this or that but not much substance when all is said and done.

I hadn't thought about how AI might write erotica, it's an intriguing concept. These chatbots are only as good as the materials that they're fed, and it would be fun to see what this sort of thing would spit out if you gave it the Zity archive + Speculumpages.

The main impediment to AI writing good erotica is that AI can offer very clean imitations of existing material but can't generate genuine novelty. I think the best erotica (or the best of any art/ fiction for that matter) surprises. That's especially true for erotic material. That said, there's plenty of derivative erotica that's plenty enjoyable to read, and an AI program might combine familiar elements in some new combinations.

I just tried to play around with OpenAI a bit, and I didn't realize that it has very strict filters on creating explicit content. Now I'm even more curious about what an uncensored chatbot would write!

As someone who dabbles in writing but also suffers from massive writers’ block, I’ve also wondered about this. Biggest issue I see right now is that all the open access bots have pretty tight explicit content restrictions, as already mentioned. You could get around this to some extent because medfet isn’t as obviously explicit as some other kinks, so you could make the prompt ‘educational,’ like, say “describe a gynecological exam from the patients perspective.” The bigger problem is there’s just not that great a depth of source material to draw from, so you’d end up with some pretty formulaic stuff and would still need a lot of human tweaking.

But in a few more years, who knows?

As usual, I'm a bit behind the curve on this. (Being technologically challenged doesn't help, either!!) Anyhow, I did try to get some porn (or an approximation thereof) out of ChatGPT and, like others, was rebuffed. Delving just a little further, however, I did come across EroticAI (I think that's it and, of course, now I can't find it!!) which is in closed Beta. I can't wait!!!

All very good, very important in and of itself. But it can't change it's programming on it's own unless told too. Don't get me wrong, what we have now is exciting ,,,,,,, But it isn't "true thinking" ........ Yet ....... And does frighten me, If ... when ... a true A.I. does come into being it can now look back into itself and know you're weakness. Or am I just being paranoid ?????

I'm working on a story about a run-away medical AI that I'm going to have the AI make most of the decisions on, which I'm pretty happy with so far. But I write mostly not explicit or erotic material (and don't plan to have the AI actually write most of the words).

The news reports about the concerns over AI development have reminded me of the movie Planet of the Apes. If you've seen it, you will understand. Don't reveal the closing scene spoiler for those that have not.

@something_this_way I recreated my own internist using ChatGPT and got it to give me a physical exam as if I was in the exam room. It did a very complete physical exam (including genitalia). It analyzed the results of the physical as well. I added my own recent lab results from my most recent real physical and it analyzed those as well. It wrote up results of my physical exam in a clinical note called a SOAP note. I am working with it now to analyze my complete medical history. I also recreated my internist using another program called https://craftchat.app/#/ . On there, it will talk to you.

Why when I consider AI do I flash back to the scene in Idiocracy where a line of patients in the hospital are each handed two hoses, one for the mouth, one up the butt, and told not to mix them up.

Just an FYI for y’all… there’s actually an app you can use - on iOS at least - for writing erotic fiction. It has some restrictions to avoid underage scenarios, but otherwise it can be quite explicit.

I’ve used it a couple times for fun, and as an idea helper. I ended up doing a lot more of the writing myself, but it was an interesting g tool to try.

I have a huge, huge issue with AI fiction. (And AI art.) Not that AI will never be capable of producing something good that fulfills its purpose, but that the reason it can is that it violates the copyrights of authors by "scraping" (copying) their published books without their knowledge or permission. This gives the AI program millions of examples for text construction for free.

As someone who produces original content, I'm glad that so far AI isn't as good, but there could easily come a time when it's improved enough that people will pay for it, like they do original books now. No actual humans involved. That's not okay.
