I'm pretty new to the enema scene and I've only done a few enemas. The first was intended for relief of a week's constipation, but I found it to be very erotic. Personally, I find that the expulsion is a lot more erotic, because I'm relaxed. What adds to the experience is the unexpected waves, cramps and the sudden urge to go. The best is when the big solids explode out and that sudden sense of relief. Looking at my results is very erotic as well. I'm finding out that receiving can be erotic, because I'm anticipating my time on the potty. :-)

I think it's different for each person, depending on what specific parts of the enema experience pushes their erotic buttons.

Me, personally, I find the whole thing erotic, but I'm sure you realize that many people find the expelling excessively embarrassing, and then mentally have trouble getting by that to find the eroticism in that part of the enema.
