Being Nude or Wearing Underwear During Exams

I prefer to be examined nude. Seems to make the process easier and simpler. Anybody prefer nude or underwear.

I prefer to start out in my underwear. Being stripped to your underwear is already exposed and vulnerable. But yet, you know since you have to go down to your underwear already, that at the end your underwear is coming down and your genitals will be exposed, making the underwear at the beginning only a sense of false hope. I've never been examined nude in a real exam. And in the play exams where I've been nude, they weren't realistic at all. More the type that just play along with an "exam" for a few minutes, but is basically just a glorified jack off.

Personally I like to be kept in my underwear for some considerable time as it builds the anticipation of knowing that at some point, totally at the Dr's discretion I will end up being nude. This is in play exams of course

When I do an exam I like the patient to be fully clothed at the start. He will remove clothing as the exam progresses - often with a strip to the waist first. Most of the exam will be with him in underpants. He is asked to remove them for the final parts of the medical

For a real exam, I've never been examined in the nude. I'm in my underwear, which in itself gives control over to the doctor, and only naked at the end for the genital exam.

Play exams with my other half are a bit different. I'll be asked to strip completely naked at the start while being weighed "to get an accurate reading" and then have various measurements taken while I'm still in my birthday suit. I'm then told I can put my boxers back on "for now" .This brings a slightly different extra element of control, with the "doctor" dictating when I am and aren't completely naked, with the rest of the exam in my boxers but them coming off and me being naked again for a thorough genital exam later on.

I prefer being nude from the start .

Personally, I like to be instructed to "strip from the waist up" immediately upon entering the exam room. After the initial discussion with the physician ... and conclusion of exam prelims ... my preference is then to be instructed to strip to my underwear or strip completely naked before donning an exam gown. As the doctor exits the exam room, I begin to methodically undress in order to wait ... that all important waiting period is both arousing and nerve wracking. Trying to fight an erection or penis arousal is always a given for me during a real or play exam!

One of my most memorable experiences occurred during a real exam. I followed the instructions to remove all clothing including my underwear, before donning an exam gown ... opening in the back. Finding myself on the exam table ... flat on my back ... the doctor quickly pulled up the gown to completely expose my body. It took a second, or two, for me to realize that with the sudden repositioning of the exam gown, my entire torso was fully exposed as he began to auscultate my chest and stomach!

From a medical pracrioner’s standpoint, I suspect examining patients nude would be more efficient. But I can’t imagine it’s done except in rare cases, mainly in respect of the modesty of the patient in front of the examiner(s) and in case the exam room door opens, etc.

Based on real life exams, the closest I’ve been to fully nude for the whole exam is pediatrician visits where you were paraded around in underwear. Nowadays it’s partially undressed or wearing a gown.

Even for play exams I like to do it in gradual stages of undress as it adds to the anticipation and draws out the vulnerability of having to remove your clothes for the doctor.

I personally prefer to start clothed then undressed to the requirements. Even in my briefs I feel totally exposed and vulnerable!!! I get erect even at that stage. It's the gradual lead up to nakedness that's the hard part to deal with!!

Very well said! Being in underpants only in front of a completely clothed doctor is vulnerable. If the underpants provide minimal body coverage he can already see all except the most private body parts. If the patient is in white briefs the entire torso and legs are exposed and if the briefs are fairly snug, he can get a pretty good idea what is underneath them. The briefs do conceal the most private parts and they do offer “false hope” that the genitalia will not be exposed. This hope gets dashed when the patient is lying on his back after the abdominal exam is complete and he gets the instruction to “stand up.” He knows all too well that his little trace of dignity and privacy are about to be gone. So much more dramatic and exciting than being naked throughout the exam!

It’s best if you are never a trauma victim, but in the trauma resuscitation area, the victims clothes are cut off including underwear. The patient is covered with warm blankets as the assessment is done. Depending on the incident or mechanism of injury, a catheter is placed and a rectal exam is part of the assessment. It’s done with the Pt. Supine and legs parted. The initial assessment is a head to toe survey, it’s a very organized process, inclusive of everything so that nothing is missed.

Underwear, with the doctor lowering them at the precise time. Which for me, would be the highlight of the experience. Under the part where i enjoy undressing others, and being undressed BY others.

Nude wouldn't be natural for me. And i would think it would distract focus. The whole time, you might wonder if there's any focus on any or all of your exposed regions. With the dramatic drop of the drawers, the moment picks up with intensity as with the act comes an implied focus.

Whether you enjoy this as a stage actor or exhibitionist, there's a dramatic moment when the curtain is drawn, revealing something, and in doing so, creating a rush. The curtain in this case, the undergarment.

And of course choice of underwear: a jockstrap. Which is actually a cross between underwear as boxer/briefs and nude in terms of exposure. And being exposed in a jockstrap has a more dramatic effect, because there's extra revelation compared to underwear which basically provides the same amount of cover as shorts or swimming trunks.

Likewise if I were to watch a woman being examined, I'd prefer to see her start in a bra. Creating a dramatic moment when that bra is stripped off at the moment it is time to focus on the breasts being examined. The best kind of woman to watch being examined is one that is not used to having her breasts exposed to others and touched by others, and therefore seeming more awkward, a little more timid/shy, and having mild feelings of vulnerability.

I tend to wear white trunks (short boxer briefs) which only give a small amount of cover to the top part of my legs and still leave me pretty much exposed. I like to be lying there like a piece of meat on the table and feeling vulnerable. Even with my underwear still on it's obvious the shape of my private parts, especially if I'm getting excited downstairs.

Exactly. The dramatic unveiling of the genitalia emphasizes the penis and testicles as the focus of all the attention at that moment. Furthermore, if the undershorts are dropped to the level of the upper or mid thighs, the waistband frames the genitals, underlining the fact that they are the entire focus at that moment.

For play exams undressing is a big part of the fun, so I enjoy it when it takes a while. Ideally I would like to be in just my underwear for a while, and have the doctor actually remove them him/herself when they want me to be naked.

I would prefer to be nude or in underwear but mostly I am nude under a gown. For the dermatologist I’m in my boxer shorts.

I prefer to have a gown on. Nude underneath, but with socks on.

For play exams pulling down the panties can be a thrill for both. My late partner never wore any so that part wasn't an option. It did make it a lot easier to get a nozzle or a plug in though.

Only exam I am nude for is annual dermatology head to toe. Given a gown which quickly comes off or more usually is moved up, down, side to side. Usually when exam is over I am talking with my female PA examiner standing in the nude, after all, she has seen it all (and a number of times before) anyway.

Of course I am not the only male patient she has and so spends the workday viewing a variety of nude men.

It was her chosen medical specialtiy so indeed she enjoys the CFNM aspect in a pretty much non-sexual situation.

Other exams, like urology check, prostate, cardio, only as much clothing is removed or moved away as necessary.

For play exams, I like as many others do, the gradual removal -- strip tease -- and even leaving say garter belt and stockings on her until the last.

While he stepped out of the exam room, I thought 'why don't I strip all the way down?' I knew at some point during the exam, my underwear would be removed anyway, so why not be bare from the beginning?

So I strip all the way down. Nothing on but a smile.

I hop back up on the exam table, and put the paper cover over my lap. He steps back in, and proceeds with the rest of the exam. When it comes to the hernia check, and prostate exam, the paper cover is removed, with my backside, and member, getting daylight.

He checks a couple of other things, and I get a few extra minutes to enjoy the cool air circulate across my bare skin. He tells me to get up, hands me a tissue to wipe myself with, and leaves the room again to let me get dressed.

He has been my physician for the past 22 years. I have talked to him about all sorts of physical issues, and he has helped find issues that I didn't even know I had. I trust him completely, and feel very comfortable with being buck nekkid in his office. He's never once told me to put anything back on in order for him to finish an exam.

What you described is almost exactly how my annual physicals are done. I strip completely and use (at most) a small paper drape. And that drape is really only needed while my doctor opens and closes the door (to prevent someone in the hallway from inadvertently seeing me). Once my doctor is safely inside the exam room, the drape is removed or pushed aside and the actual physical exam takes place without any covering at all.

Your point about trust is an important one. Once you reach a point of mutual trust between doctor and patient, there's no longer a need for a lot of the modesty measures that most doctors use.

For me the process has generally been strip to my briefs. There were a few exceptions as a teen given exams at school and another doctor who had me bare all. Regardless, there is a necessity for the briefs to come off, not lowered, so that a thorough and more comfortable exam of my genitals and then rectum can take place. It's not to debut my penis or testicles but to allow for a visual exam as well as his physical exam. That's really it; a moment in time!

I prefer being nude and wearing a gown tied on the back.

This exposes my back side somewhat when standing up.

It Also gives a slight veiew of genitals from the back side when asked to bend over for back/ spine exam.

Now for my exams, I am nude with a drape. seems more cumbersome wearing underwear. having to slide them odd during the exam. prefer just to be nude.

The last full physical I had last year (just about due for another), they came in and told me to strip down to my underwear, and gave me a paper gown to put on but they said that was optional. Even though I've had exams in the past, this was the first time in a long time I was told to take off almost all my clothes before hand. I tried putting the paper gown on but the thing felt so flimsy, I thought it was going to tear in half, so I just discarded it and sat there in my undies, waiting for the doctor.

I prefer to do whatever the doctor tells me to. I'm in his control and usually that means being in my underwear half of the time, with a few minutes completely nude as he checks my genitals. The feeling of being hard in my briefs is excruciating and by the time he asks me to lower my underwear, I'm completely erect and I have to face the humiliation of revealing my hard-on in front of his face.

I completely prefer to be totally nude!

Being in such a vulnerable state, feeling submissive and under complete control of the Doctor. Not allowing me to keep my underwear on and making me remain naked the entire time is much more embarrassing and my preference.

Not being able to cover up an embarrassing erection in the presence of the doctor and a nursing assistant is most embarrassing and humiliating. And if that isn’t enough, having to then endure a rectal exam and more, while on my hands & knees with my asshole completely exposed and spread for both the doctor and nursing assistant to see, is pure HEAVEN!!!

Especially the wonderful embarrassing moment when I get down from the table with a full erection that’s dripping pre-cum like a faucet!

I prefer to be in underwear until the genital exam. Simply because I love the feeling of anticipation I feel when the moment to lower the underwear comes.

I would prefer to be examined completely nude. Nothing to cover me up or hide behind.

I’m always in just my underwear. She does the full exam and at the end she always will either pull them down or have me remove them for a bit. To me it make the exam go a lot faster. Which a faster exam is great get in and get out if there.
