Part 1 - instructions and pre exam

1. Patient is instructed to drink enough liquids so that he can produce at least a pint of urine.

2. Patient is to also wear briefs - either traditional white/colored, bikini briefs or fashon briefs.

3. Patient sits in waiting room and is called back by nurse or doctor who shows the patient to the exam room.

4. Patient is told they will have a very complete physical exam including a complete evaluation of their reproductive system.

5. Doctor/nurse tells patient to “be a good lad and take off all your clothes except your underpants - you can leave them on... for now.

6. Doctor/nurse takes history while watching the patient undress

7. Once the patient is undressed- he is weighed then asked to sit on the table for a temperature (oral) check.

8. While the patient is seated at the end of the table the doctor/nurse says “I need to take your first urine sample. Please stay seated and slide your underpants down to here” pointing to just below the patient’s knees.

9. Onece the patient complies, the doctor/nurse holds the patient’s penis and 1st small bathroom cup to take the urine sample. In doing so, the patient’s underpants are knocked down his legs and fall to the floor. Patient is only allowed to fill the cup half full, and has trouble stopping as he has a very full bladder

10. Doctor/nurse tells the patient to put their underwear back on, sit back on the table and wait for the doctor, and leaves the room.

11. Patient is left sitting in exam room for 5 minutes or so.

I agree about thorough instructions, but this script is far too unrealistic to appeal to my fetish.

A final item would be a nurse entering with one or more injections saying, "Pull down your pants and bend over, this won't hurt".

The second part of the exam is intended to recreate genital exams I received in my younger days or that my friends described receiving. Normal exam procedures should be incorporated in between genital exams to add to the realism.

GENITAL EXAM 1. - friend who played sports in 6th grade received this from his doctor.

1) Patient seated at the end of the exam table.

2). Doctor gets him distracted by talking about sports while slowly sliding his hands down patient’s chest, then stomach, than into underwear.

3). Doctor palates the patient’s testicals and penis with his hands inside patient’s underwear.

GENITAL EXAM 2. - my experience at the pediatrician when I went for my pre middle school physical (summer before 6th grade)

1). Patient seated at the end of the table.

2). Doctor slowly slides one hand up patient’s left inner thigh and into the leg opening of his underwear. He begins to feel the patient’s testicals

3). After the testical exam is almost complete; the Doctor’s second hand slides into the waste opening of patient’s underwear and begines palpating the patient’s penis.

4). The doctor withdraws his first hand from the patient’s leg opening and begins to use both hands for the patient’s penis exam while pulling the waste band of the patient’s underwear out and down.

5). Optional embellishment - if the patient is erect, the doctor could rub the head of the patient’s penis briefly while telling the patient he/she is checking for pre-cum.

URINE SAMPLE 2

1) patient is instructed to get on his hands and knees on the exam table while he is in his underwear

2) the doctor stands at the side of the table and uses one hand to slightly lower the patient’s waist band and take hold of the patient’s penis

3). The doctor’s other hand holds a small bathroom cup that the patient is only allowed to fill part full.

4). Patient’s penis is placed back into his underwear

5). Doctor immediately starts palpating and Putting pressure on the patient’s bladder causing the patient to struggle not to wet himself.

I love that script...when I read it, I imagine I'm that patient. So interesting for me. Good job...

Physical exam part three

1). Patient is asked to stand in front of the exam table. Dr. is also standing directly facing the patient a few inches away from the patient.

2). Dr. just slowly slides his hands down the patient’s chest and stomach and then into the waistband of the patients underwear.

3). The doctor briefly palpates the patients testicles and penis while lowering the underwear so the waistband is just above the penis.

4). The doctor slowly slides his hands around the patients waist and briefly palpates the patients but cheeks while also lower in the back of the patients underpants so that waistband top is partway down the patients butt leaving the patients butt crack partially exposed. Patient is left standing like this for a minute or two.

5). The doctor goes to get a ruler and pint size zip lock bag. when he returns to the patient, he pushes the patient’s underwear down until they fall to his feet.

6). The doctor performs a hernia test and palates the patient’s testicals and penis

7). The doctor measure’s the diamentions of the patient’s scrotum, each testical and penis. To do this he asks the patient to step out of his underwear and spread his legs. Ideally a flaccid and erect measurement of the penis should be obtained.

😎. If available, the doctor uses tanner balls to access the tanner stage of the patient’s testicals

9). The doctor then holds the pint size zip lock bag and asks the patient to fill the bag to provide the final urine sample.
