What would you like to try doing with another man? I mean, are you looking to just hook up as a one time thing to see if you are into it? Generally, its not too difficult to find guys to fool around with. Obviously, practice safer sex if you do have any adventures with guys.

Does someone of either gender cause you to have an erection?

Whom do you think about while you masturbate?

Do people from both genders occupy your mind when you want to daydream sexually?

Would you like to make a move on someone (specific) of each gender in the hopes of getting sexual, assuming all worries that you have would be made insignificant?

These key indicators will tell you what you are horny for. By thinking about them, you'll start to get a pretty good idea of where your tastes and interests are sexually.

Sometimes certain things are just phases. Like you're into something for a while, and one day, become no longer interested.

I have an MA in psych and while this does not make me an expert, let me just say that I have concluded that sexuality is a continuum or spectrum, with hetero on one side and gay on the other. I believe that many people, who consider themselves straight, can become bisexual if they hook up with the right person. In order to find out if you're a bi-sexual you have to be a try-sexual first. It's really quite simple. Putting a label on it is easier than trying to know a real person and how you may feel about them. Laugh more worry less.

Don't know when that study was done - but the stat was for 19-24 year old population. It's possible that generation is more sexually liberal. But you can't extrapolate that half of the overall population (0-99 year olds) are not exclusively heterosexual. Statistics never lie but ......

The concept of sexuality on a bi-polar continuum I feel is the best way to view human sexuality. By and large most people are heterosexual and until recently the majority hetero population was seen as normal and the rest were not. I do feel you can move around on the sexual continuum over the course of lifetime. If you are a late "mover" in life, you probably always had the innate potential to have same sex partners but societal pressures prevented you from experimenting.

So how do you really know if you are bisexual? Well having continuing same sex experiences pretty much confirms it. Behavior is the strongest indicator much more so over daytime fantasies or watching gay porn.

On your wall, you state 'bisexual' as your orientation. I think it would be more accurate at this time if you declared yourself 'heteroflexible' instead, at least for now. It sounds to me as if you are still trying to decide, but I don't believe you are full-on bisexual.

As other have advised you, explore and have fun, but do so at your own pace and don't be pressured into anything that you don't feel happy with at the time. At the end of the day you make your own choices, and I wish you well.

8 months ago, I commented on this approach from a more scientific approach. Having had only 1 male experience myself at the time, and still considering myself bi curious then, i gave that post, based on logic and some form of reasoning.
