I’m 77 years young and have taken many different enema solutions over the years. Here’s a partial listing:
• Plain water,
• Soapy water including the following soaps:
o Ivory bar and the original Ivory liquid Hand soap,
o Palmolive Original green dish washing soap, and Palmolive bath soap bar,
o Dr. Bronner’s Castile liquid and bar, various flavors,
o Camay,
o Irish Spring,
o Store brands of semi fancy soaps,
o Various brands of Glycerin Bar soaps,
• Milk and Molasses,
• Milk,
• Lemon Juice,
• Distilled Vinear,
• Apple Cider Vinegar, store brand and the expensive unfiltered AC vinegar,
• Salt,
• Salt and Soda,
• Epsom Salts,
• Epsom Salts and soapsuds,
• Tea,
• Catnip Tea, and
• Red wine once, never again. Much prefer drinking wine and fully enjoying it, and not getting very drunk with almost no effort.
I’m certain that the list is not complete; however, I’ve NEVER had an enema that I didn’t fully enjoy regardless of cramps. My favorite enema is an extremely soapy Dr. Bronner’s Liquid Castile soap. The stronger the better.
