I had always wondered what a woman went through during labor and delivery. Amy , who is a nurse , told me about how it would be possible for anyone to get a similar experience. I was curious and asked how , and she said that it involves doing it through the bowel and rectum. She went on to say that this procedure could be done at home and there is no permanent damage to the body , but during the actual experience , it may feel as if damage was being done.

I asked , why is that ? Amy said that in order to experience the same feelings as a woman the pain and discomfort that a woman goes through must be very close. I asked how it is done and she said , "it is never revealed how the procedure is done until the person who wants the experience signs a document of release stating that you are doing this of your own free will and that the person getting the procedure will allow anything to be done that will not cause permanent damage to there body".

A few days went by , and I just could not get it out of my thoughts that a anyone could have the experience of labor and delivery. Later that day I called Amy and asked if she would like to grab lunch , and she said sure , I will meet you there, I said great see you then. There is this nice little restaurant that we both enjoy. I was there first a got us a table , and after a few minutes I saw Amy and went to her and showed her where we are sitting. We ordered a salad and lunch , while we where eating our lunch I said to Amy that I could not get out of my mind what you told me the other day , she said what did I say ? I said , "you know , about anyone being able to go through labor and delivery". Amy asked why the curiosity ? and I said I would like to do it. Amy did not look surprised and said , I thought that after you asked me and we would be having this conversation. She went on to say , "your my friend , and I don`t want to hurt you" , I said is it really that painful to have a baby ? Amy said it is not so much the pain , but the endurance it takes to get the anus to open enough for a babes head to pass. During the time it takes for that to happen is when the person is very uncomfortable and really wants it to be over and it takes time and effort to stretch the anal ring , and that is the labor part and the delivery is when the prosthetic head makes it`s way out of the rectum. Usually by this time the person feels very relieved and just falls a sleep. We make them comfortable and clean them up and let them rest. I said "I had know idea it was like that" and she said "well you did not expect it to just pop out did you ? , I said no not really , and Amy asked "why are you thinking so much about this ? , you don`t really want to do it , do you ? And I said "yes I would" she said , " are you sure , very sure ?" I said I think so , and Amy said "think so ? " , we never do this procedure to anyone who says "think so" , it is far to involved and the person must be very sure and ready to do what ever is asked and go through what ever is needed. It is a bad deal when you can`t go back and someone else to doing things to you that you may not like , but have no choice but to go through with it. Look I can see you are really interested in this , I have an idea , why don`t we do a trail run and see how that works out. I said to Amy , "a trail run ? , what is that ? " she said we will have you sign a contract to let us do what ever is needed , and once you sign the agreement , then we can tell you what will happen. But keep in mind even through it is called a trial run , it is still intense and will be uncomfortable and you will want it to stop , but we will just comfort you and let the procedure run it`s course. I have a friend at work , you have meet her Lori , I said yes we had lunch a while back and Amy said yes that right too. Anyway , I will ask her if she is free this weekend and if she will help with they trial run , I know she will say yes , she seems to really enjoy her work. I said that sounds great. Ok then , Amy said , I will call you later and let you know for sure. Sounds good , I will wait for your call. Amy said , geez I have to get back to work , I said let me walk you , she said , sure. As we left she asked me again if this was something I wanted to do , and I said "it is just a trial run , right ? " , I mean no heads are going to be popping out , she laughed and said no heads. But please keep in mind once you sign , then Lori and I will go ahead and you can not stop. I said , I know.

Well , take care and I will call you later , I gave Amy a hug and said I will talk to you then.

Amy called shortly after 8:00 pm that evening and she said that she had a chance to talk with Lori and this coming weekend sounds perfect. I said that is great Amy , and she said "I hope we can still be friends after this weekend" and I said , it won`t be that bad will it , and she said not like a true simulation but you will see , ok ? Yes I understand , what time do you want to get started , and Amy said "Friday night Lori and I will be over and we will spend the weekend , is that all right , and I said of course it is , what time , and Amy said "we will see you around 6:00 . and do not eat super , we will take care of all you needs and that is the time you will sign the contract ok , I said sure , I will see you around six Friday. Now before we hang up , you don`t need to do anything between now and lunch on Friday , just make sure not to eat after 1:00 pm and don`t drink after 3:00pm. Ok Amy , well take care , and I will see you then , bye.

I was excited and a little nervous to think I was going to do this , and I really did not know what was going to happen , I will Friday night. It was Wednesday so I still had 2 days to think about it , lucky me ! I turned on the tv and watched a couple of movies I have been wanting to see , had a few too many beers and woke up the next morning with a slight hangover. I had breakfast , and ran, did some research as to what is going to happen tomorrow night , but came up empty. So I went out for a while , checked out the mall , stuff like that , then headed back home. I decided to order a pizza for diner , had a couple of beers and watched some tv then went to bed.

I woke up and it was the day , Friday , the day of the trial run , as Amy put it and I still do not know what to expect.

It was afternoon and I had finished lunch , so I cleaned the house up a little and put on some music and waited until Amy and Lori showed up. It was 6:00 PM , and the door bell rang and it was Amy and Lori , right on time. Amy asked are you ready , I said yes , and then Amy said , you know Lori , she is going to help me help you this weekend , and I said thank you and please make yourself at home. We went into the living room and Amy pulled out a piece of paper and said would you sign here , and here. So I signed it and Lori signed it as well , as a witness , and Lori asked , you must be hungry , I said not too much Amy asked me not to eat after lunch , so you have not eaten anything since 1:00 PM , and I said that is correct ? yes. Ok , time to tell you what we will be doing on this trial run for labor and delivery. First Amy and I will be giving you an enema and then a butt plug will be inserted into your rectum and then you will be diapered and put to bed and you will be wearing this blanket sleeper. And Amy showed me the sleepwear , it looked comfortable enough , but I said to Amy , an enema and butt plug , diaper too. Lori said you signed an agreement that lets us control you through this procedure and that is what Amy and I intend to do. I know you must have a few questions and we do too , but why don`t you go first. Ok , Amy explained that these procedures are done rectally , so I can understand the enema , but why the plug and diaper ? Lori said that the plug I would be wearing will help my rectal ring relax and the diaper is to hold the plug in place and also to help give you the protection you will need after the sedative is administered after the enema and just before we get you dressed for bed. , Well what will happen tomorrow , I asked and Amy said , we will talk about that when you wake up tomorrow.

Lori said lie on your left side on the bed and just relax , this is a small 2 quart enema , she said , I said 2 quarts , why say much and Amy spoke up and said we have to get you cleaned out , at least your lower bowel. If this was a real simulation , it would be far more than just 2 quarts. Lori inserted the small nozzle into my anus and started the flow and held the nozzle in place with on hand and massaged my tummy with the other , it really was not to bad , but I told Lori that I was getting full , and she said we are not even half way yet , just relax and breath. I thought I was going to explode and Lori said ok now lay on your back. I did was what told and that did relieve some of the pressure. Lori said "you are doing fine , we are almost done , as I gazed at the ceiling she said there all done. As I started up get up Lori said , lie back and rest for a few minutes to let the enema work. How long , I need to go to the bathroom now , and Amy said you do not need anything , remember we have complete control until Sunday night. After about 15 minutes I was led to the bathroom , and Lori and Amy stayed while I emptied my bowels , it was really embarrassing , but Lori said we have done this before and will do it again , we just have to make sure you are all right. I am ok I said , now that I am going , but it was hard to hold it. Amy said , just wait until the trail run , then you might have something to complain about. Lori helped me to my feet and held me as Amy cleaned me up , then they both led me back to the bed room and I was told to lie down on your stomach and I will give you a massage to help you relax , Amy said.

It really felt great , and then Lori showed me the plug and I said that is too big , I can`t have that inside me , and Amy said that is the smallest they make , and remember you will do as your told , I said ok I am sorry , and Amy thats better.

Lori said , ok on your back , so I rolled over and Amy massaged my tummy and legs and I could see Lori getting something from a tray they had set up and it was a pill and Lori said to take this , I said what is it , and Lori said just something to help you sleep. I said it is not even 8:00 PM . and Amy said , you will need your rest for tomorrow , you have a lot of work to do. Work I asked , and she said labor , and it will seem like work. Then Lori said roll on your side, and I did and Lori held my butt while Amy inserted the plug. Lori said there , roll onto your back and lift your butt , and as I did Amy slid a diaper under me and then she fastened the 6 tabs , then Amy got the sleeper ready and helped me put it on and I noticed there was a connector at the bottom of one of the legs, I asked about it and Lori said , this is an electric blanket sleeper , and Amy said you will be nice and warm. After it was all zipped up the back , Amy attached a cable from a control unit to the connector and I felt it getting very warm. Lori asked , there feel better ? I had to admit that I did and I told them. Amy and Lori each gave me a kiss on my cheek and said , sweet dreams.

As I slowly drifted of to sleep , diapered and a butt plug up my bum , I started thinking maybe I had made the wrong choice in going through with this , but I knew it was too late to do anything about it so I just put it out if my mind and slowly went to sleep. I am not sure how long I was a sleep , but Amy came in and I heard her rustling around and she said , Hi sleepy head , do you know what time it is ? I said no , but it must be later in the morning , I slept like a log. Lori came in and said , well , good afternoon , how do you feel , that is when I really came to , and realized I was still wearing that butt plug and my diaper was soaked. Amy said , good thing you we had you wear a diaper , right ? , I said , yes I think you are right , but how? Lori said , last night that pill was to relax you and your body , so your bladder just opened up and you went pee pee. , Amy said , lets get you into the bath , and the Lori and I can get you going on the trial run , and later you can go through a short time of labor and delivery , it won`t last more than 10 or 12 hours.

10 0r 12 hours ? Yes Lori said , pregnant women often go through labor for 16 or more hours before they deliver.

Amy and Lori helped me into the bath , it felt so good , and they washed me. then they said just relax while we get things ready. The water was very warm and as I almost drifted off to sleep Amy came back with Lori and they said , well lets get you out and dried off. So I got out of the tub and they dried me off and I was led back to the bedroom and then it hit me , this was really going to happen and I can`t back out. Lori said lay down on your left side. I did as I was told and I heard them talking and Lori asked Amy , are we all set then , and I heard Amy say , yes we are all set.

I felt Lori insert her finger into my bottom , like before , but this time she was moving it around and them it felt like she had 2 fingers inside me , and then she ask Amy for the capsules that will start the contractions and one by one they were inserted into my bottom and then Amy gave Lori a long piece of tubing and I felt Lori push the capsules deep into my bowels. I asked what will happen now ? Amy said , well you have 4 coated suppositories inside you and each one will melt at a longer time so the first one that melts will give you a meld contraction and the last one the most effective contraction , you mean the most powerful , she said I guess you could say that , anyway , Lori said , it will be enough to pop this ballon out of your butt. I said that looks too big , and Amy said , well the real simulation is a lot bigger , and remember you wanted this , I said I know. After a short rest Lori came back into the room and said , ok it is time for your 4 quart enema , I said I can`t take that much , the 2 quart one felt like I was full. Amy said , yes you were full , but now you will start to expand and you will see what a real simulation would be like. Is it going to hurt , and they both started to laugh , no more than when we get out time of the month. Lori said I will go slow and Amy will massage your tummy and I will be using this inflatable nozzle and when you have taken the whole 4 quarts , I will deflate this ballon and insert an inflatable butt plug and there it will stay until you push it out. Finally all 4 quarts were in me , and I thought I would explode. Lori said , just relax and I will have your implant inserted before you know it.

As I tried to relax , I felt Lori removing the nozzle and inserting the plug , and then I felt it expanding and I said to Lori , thats enough and Lori said , just a little bit more , as she kept inflating the plug and all the while Amy was massage my now swollen belly. Lori finally said, there you are now ready to push the plug out on your own.

I never thought I could push that out , it is too big and I said that to Lori and she just smiled and said the contractions will help to open your anus and allow the plug to just pop out. Pop out I asked , and Amy said , be you must work , that is why it`s called labor. Lori said , you really should get all the rest you can until the first contraction , and I asked when will that be and Lori said the first one should start in about 1 or 2 hours , that is when you will go into active labor , before that you might have some cramps , but nothing serious , just like you have to move your bowels , but you can`t.

I was laying in bed as comfortable as possible when all of a sudden a pain gripped my abdomen and I felt a cramp like nothing I had ever felt. I called to Amy , and she came in followed by Lori and Amy asked whats wrong , I just had this awful pain in my tummy and a cramp you would not believe, Lori said is that all the noise is about , and Amy said Lori is right , that was just your first tiny contractions , probably just the first suppository melting and just some cramping. It really is nothing to be concerned about , between contractions , you real should get as much rest as you can. Lori said , don`t worry we have done many real simulations , and what you just felt is nothing to what people who have the real simulation feel for the first time. Amy spoke up and said , that is why we really can`t say much until they sign the form , before we made it a must , people were demanding to have this stop , and we had no choice but to comply with there wishes. Then Lori said , that is why we require everyone to sign a release stating that we have total control and there is nothing they can do , but do as we instruct them to do , no matter how much they complain , and we have heard it all. Some say they will sue , have us arrested , have us murdered , but after it is all over , they have all apologized and thanked us both for there services and we have had many repeat patients. Lori went on to say , the best advice I can give you is to rest as much as you can and when you have had at least 4 or 5 good strong contractions , then I will see how dilated you are and have a better idea when you will be ready to deliver.

Amy came and sat next to me , and said , you wanted to know , here is your chance. Yes I did but what if I can`t push that plug out ? Amy said , don`t worry about that , you will be able to once all those suppositories have melted and nowhere to go. I said I don`t quite understand , and she said that even though you have had your first contraction from the first one to melt , it does not mean that it will no longer work , it will work with the others. I said so I will have more that 4 contractions ? Amy said , `O yes , you will keep having stronger ones until that plug is released. I asked Amy , what if it won`t come out or I can`t push it out , would you then remove it? Amy said , no I would not , that is why I had you sign the release form , so that Lori and I had complete control over you for the "Trial Run". Trust me , Amy said it will come out , it may take a lot of effort or very little , it all depends on how out handle each contraction. The impotent thing to remember is to work with each contraction and help your body to relax enough to open your sphincter muscle enough to release the plug. Amy asked if I was tired , I said a little and she said just lie back and close your eyes. Take Lori`s advice and try to get some rest now , because you will be working shortly.

I had no sooner gotten to sleep , or close has possible , when I felt another contraction , I again called to Amy , and she again came in and said what now ? , I said I just had a terrible cramp , can`t you do something ? Soon Lori followed and asked what is all this noise and Amy told Lori I just had another contraction and Lori said , is that all ? Just go back to sleep or at least get some rest will you please , because you are going to need it. Amy said Lori`s is right , it was just another suppository melting and soon the other two will melt and maybe then you will get some real cramps to push that plug out. I said , some real cramps , what do you think I have been going through , and Amy replied , well you have called for myself and Lori , just for a couple of mild cramps. Mild , is that what you would call them ? it felt like my insides were being torn apart. Amy said , look I understand this is all new to you , but you must understand that Lori and I see this all the time and what you are going through right now is nothing , it is not even pre-pre-labor. Once all the suppositories have melted and you have enough cramps to start opening up you anus , then you will be in active labor , everything else is just , well , cramps. Look , I will sit with you , I am not tired anyway ,and I can keep you company and let Lori get some sleep , ok ? I said thank you , I really appreciate that , I don`t mean to cause any problems , and Amy said no problems and believe me we have heard it all before. Plus you are a friend to us both and we would never let anything happen to you , but at the same time you wanted this and we told you it would be intense , I said yes you did and yes it is. Amy said , well just try to relax , because it will get a lot more intense before you are able to release that balloon inside you. Just don`t think about it , just relax and let it happen and relax and use the contractions to your advantage. How can I do that , I asked and Amy said just relax parts of your body , like your legs and arms and concentrate on using the just muscles in your tummy. It will take some practice , but we will show you when active labor starts.

Soon I had another cramp , and Amy just said , one more to melt , I said , great I can`t wait. I bet , said Amy. While I was lying there with my tummy full of fluid and having all these cramps , I could not help wonder what a real simulation would be like. I thought , how could I even think of such a thing after going through this and this trial run was just getting started. The all of a sudden , I got another cramp , and I call over to Amy , this one feels different , how Amy asked , its like moving my whole tummy. Amy placed her hand on my tummy and said , yes that is a strong contraction , but you will have ones that are much stronger , you will see. I don`t think I want to , Amy just grabbed my hand and said I will be right here to help you and so will Lori , you will get through this I promise.

Lori came into my room and asked if everything was alright and Amy said , I think our patient will be in active labor anytime now , as the last capsule just melted. Lori said , O , thats great , she said. I said how can that be great , and Lori said, well you did ask for this and Amy said , Lori`s right , and I said I know , I just did not think it would be like this , and they both laughed and said that is what they all say. Many must have some idea , only to find it was all wrong , mostly we just show them how wrong they were. O no , I said , here comes another cramp , as I wanted to double over had it not been for Amy holding me down. I said , stop this it is just too much. Lori said , yes that was a strong one , and Amy said , we can`t stop now , soon you will be finished. How much longer , I asked and Lori said , it could be just a few hours or maybe even sooner , it really is all up to you and how well you can relax while having the contractions. You have had a few good ones , but you need to work with them so your rectal muscles can open up. I asked how can I relax while I am having a cramp , and Amy said , you just have to try , or we could be here for a long time.

As I said to Amy that another cramp was coming , she said , ok , this time just relax your anal muscles. I said how do I do that , and Lori said , look when you are having a cramp just don`t tense up down there , you don`t have to push yet , just don`t be so tense that your anus won`t open. Amy said , great advice Lori , just do what Lori said and when it is time to push we will let you know , but for now just let it happen , it is going to anyway , so the sooner you can open up your anus , the sooner this will all be over. I felt the cramp getting stronger and as hard as it was to relax , I did and I felt my anus open up and Lori said thats right , good job. But all of a sudden the cramp ended , Amy said thats ok , this is what labor is all about the cramps the contractions and the periods in between and as those periods get shorter that is when we will tell you to push and that is when your anus will have gone through several times of trying to open but close , and when you push it may close again , but every cramp you have will get more powerful and last longer , that is when your anus will open and you will know what it is like to go through the delivery process , at least a little.

A little , I asked and Amy said , yes this is only a trial run and all you have inside you is a 4 quart enema and 4 suppositories , I still can`t go into any great details , but a full simulation would be much more involved and would be far more intense than what you are going through now , actually this is quite mild compared to an actual simulation.

I could not help but think what a full simulation would be like , as I was wishing this would all be over , and then it happened , another contraction. Amy grabbed my hand and said remember to relax and not to tense up and let your body work for you and I concentrated and agin I felt my anus opening up , only to close after the contraction. I asked Lori , why won`t it stay open , and Lori had a smile and said , well it`s not designed like that , it is supposed to close , but you have to relax enough so that when the next contraction comes it will open a little more than before and when its time you will have several contractions , very strong , in a row and the plug inside you will just pop out. I said just like that , pop out , and Lori said , yes , but first you still have a few more contractions to go through. Lori asked Amy if she was all set in here for a while and Amy said to Lori , yes we will be fine , get some rest I will call if I need your help. Thanks , Lori said , I will be right in the next room if you need me , ok thanks said Amy. then Amy looked at me and said , I am really proud of you for doing this , it will really give you some insight as to what women must go through to give birth and men are always so , care free and stupid about it , so I am really glad you are going through this. I said thanks , I think , she kissed me on the cheek and said , you are very welcome. And with that came another contraction , Amy said they are getting closer , soon you will be delivering. Again I felt my anus open and slowly close , only this time it felt like it took longer to close , and I told that to Amy , and she said , you are getting close , still have a few strong contractions left to go , but you are progressing nicely.

It was not long before another contraction , only this one was different , I called to Amy and said , I think there is something wrong , and she said why , I said this one feels different , like it won`t stop. Amy said , calm down , you are getting ready to deliver. Finally the contraction ended , and Amy said , the next few are going to be very strong , so try to rest while you can , I will be right back , I am just going to get Lori. Just as Lori and Amy came back , it happened again , another very strong contraction , and Lori examined me and she , wow , you are doing great , I said great , it feels like I am being spilt on two. Amy said , not even close , and I almost thought this was it , when the contraction ended and my anus closed slightly again , and Lori said , see your anus is opening up nicely. I said I am just so tired , and Amy said , what you are going through is nothing compared to what it is like for a women to deliver a baby. Even the full simulations we offer , don`t really compare to birth , but they come very very close. I asked how close , and Lori said , why do you want to try that next ? I said , after this , I just want to sleep , and Lori said , you will and when you wake up , we will be right here. Here comes another one , but now they are so strong , and Amy said that is good news , you are really close. Lori said I can clearly see the plug trying to pop out , it won`t be long now. Then the contraction ended and I felt my anus closing again and Amy saw the disappointment in my expression of frustration and said , don`t worry , just a few more and this will be over. I said are you sure , and she looked at ma and said , yes I am very sure.

I tried to rest before the next contraction , and then before I knew it I was have another one. This time it really was different I could feel my whole abdomen contract , as if to totally rebel against the fluid inside and It felt like my whole body shook as Lori said , ok push as hard as so can , so I pushed and see said just a little harder. I said I can`t and then it was over , and I said I can`t do this anymore , and Amy said , you are almost there , trust me and Lori said just a couple more , I am sure, I said it is happening again , Amy said just this might be it , so as I pushed and pitied Lori said keep pushing , so I took a deep breath and pushed like I never thought I could , and all of a sudden I felt my anus open right up and all the pressure that had been lock inside was being released. Lori said , great job , and Amy said you did it , congratulations. As the smaller cramps pushed the rest of the fluid out , I felt Amy wiping a cool cloth over my forehead as Lori was releasing the straps that held me down. After all the fluid had been expelled , Lori and Amy helped me to a table and as I laid down , they bathed me and massaged me , it felt so good. When it was over Lori said left up your butt , and as I did she slid this huge diaper under me and powdered me and tapped it really tight and said , there now you must be tired , I said I think I could sleep for a week , and Amy said , well you wont sleep that long , but we won`t bother you. As they helped me over to my bed , it looked so inviting. I laid down and Lori gave me a shot in the arm , and they both kissed my forehead as they tucked me into my bed saying , sweet dreams , and call us if you need anything. I said thank you for everything , I really mean it , I truly appreciate all you have done. Just as I was about to say ... , I can`t remember , I fell asleep.
