Doctor opened up a urine collecting kit and inserted a plastic bag to one end of the catheter. "We are at the base of the bladder, one more thrust and it will all be over. Take a deep breath Rebecca - this will sting a bit." The plastic tube thrust into the bladder with a great deal of pain and urine began to flow into the plastic bag. Totally embarrassed, Rebecca, could only let out a deep groan.

"There, that wasn't so bad was it ?"

"No Doctor," was the response.

"Let's continue with the vaginal exam," said Doctor.

For this part of the exam Doctor took out a speculum and lubricated it thoroughly. Doctor explained that the purpose of the speculum was to force open orifices that were normally closed and that She would be inserting the speculum into my vagina (anus) for a close inspection of that area. "Please remain calm dear," admonished the Doctor, "And spread your legs as far apart as you can."

A fresh pair of gloves was drawn and Doctor placed the lubricated speculum at the base of Rebecca's vagina (anus). In one sharp thrust the cold steel instrument invaded Rebecca's most private and sensitive area causing a loud gasp to be expelled. Rebecca now gripped with sheer terror shrieked, "Doctor. No please no."

"It's the final procedure and will be over in a minute. You don't want to fail the physical for D and S Unlimited do you dear ?"

"No Doctor," I replied. With that Doctor swabbed the target area with alcohol, grasped a 14 gauge needle and quickly thrust it into Rebecca's vaginal area. A loud shriek followed and Rebecca gasped, "No more please."

In quick succession a second and a third 14 gauge assaulted Rebecca's most sensitive genital area. Large beads of sweat now dripped from her body and Rebecca began to moan uncontrollably.

"We must leave the needles in place for a few minutes, however I believe that another three injections are necessary." Sheer terror had engulfed Rebecca however she took comfort in the fact that the worst was almost over.

Realizing that a painful event is about to occur only makes the coming event more painful, and so it was that Rebecca tightly gripped the edge of the bed and awaited the next assault. Doctor grasped another 14 gauge and inserted it slowly as Rebecca tightly gripped the examination table.

"Don't move Rebecca - it will only make it more painful," admonished Doctor.

Rebecca loudly gasped and said, "Please stop, please."

"Only two more to go," replied the Doctor as She briskly slapped Rebecca's ass - the force of the blow resounding through the catheter and straining the four needles that were buried in Rebecca's most sensitive region.

As if in a trance, Rebecca accepted the last two intruders showing little emotion and hardly moving. It was as if her body knew what was coming yet simply accepted the pain.

In a few minutes Doctor Suzanne announced the examination was complete and that Rebecca had been a very good patient.

Rebecca countered by saying, "Doctor I certainly hope that the examination is over - I have three feet of plastic tubing invading my bladder, I have lost control of my ability to urinate, I have a speculum fully expanded inside my vagina (anus) and six 14 gauge needles inserted in my genital area - There's no room for anything else."

Doctor smiled and said, "Your would be surprised at how much more I could do - perhaps some other time dear."

In quick fashion Doctor collapsed the speculum and removed it. "Ouch."

The needles were removed with six successive loud OUCHES were heard - -the last one being the most severe. The urine-collecting bag was almost full when Doctor detached it from the catheter. Doctor then grasped the catheter and slowly withdrew it.

"That hurts worse than when you put it in Doctor. My God it burns Doctor."

"That's normal however it may burn a day or so when you urinate dear." Based on past experience Rebecca knew that she was in for another uniquely painful experience.

"One more thing before you leave dear, I noticed some swelling in your breasts. I'm sure that it's just a cyst. But we must make sure."

With that Doctor placed restraints around my wrists and firmly stretched my hands above my head, securing both hands to the examining table.

"This procedure might sting a bit and we don't want you to move dear," Doctor next explained that She was going to insert a few needles through my nipples to check for the presence of cysts. If they were present, the needles would release the trapped fluid and the swelling would go down.

"Don't put needles in my breasts," Rebecca pleaded.

"Don't be alarmed dear, it will be over in a few minutes."

Doctor applied some alcohol to my nipples, it felt cold. She then pinched and pulled my right nipple and put the needle to my skin. "Breathe deeply dear."

"Oh no please," I shrieked.

Doctor quickly thrust one needle into my nipple, it hurt a lot. "One more on the other side dear, however this one will be inserted deeper and might sting a bit more. Breathe please."

Another needle shot through both sides of my nipple, and yes it did hurt much more than the last one.

"Everything looks fine dear, it was just a small cyst. However we must repeat the same procedure on the left breast."

I was not able to respond.

In quick fashion alcohol was applied to my left breast then one and a second needle invaded my sensitive breast tissue. At this point I was too shocked to scream and could only moan loudly.

"Another cyst dear, just as I thought. You will be just fine." A tiny drop of blood crept from the deeper needle buried in my right breast and trickled down my breast. Doctor wiped it with alcohol and told me not to worry.

"You have been a good patient and have passed the examination. I however understand that D and S Unlimited will want me to repeat the examination in another three months. That examination will include two enemas, a more thorough examination of your anus and several more booster injections. See my nurse on the way out to schedule that appointment please."

"By the way Rebecca, I notice it's time for your period, please bend over so that I can insert a Tampon inside of you."

"Yes, thank You Doctor," I replied.
