About 20 years ago, I used to work in a health centre as a cleaner, I worked with another lady called Pam. This particular occasion, Pam called in sick, which meant that I had to do the job, alone.

So I set about it as usual not feeling ecstatic about the prospect , of working twice as hard.

There were only three doctors in the practice, which meant there were only three consulting rooms, plus exam rooms, and reception. It only took me a couple of hours to complete, and was pleased to have done so well, it was now about six forty five in the eve, and I thought I would make a cup of tea ,before I headed off home, so as I went to fill the kettle, I was aware of a figure outside the main door, at this point I couldn’t make out whether it was male or female, as the door was quite thick smoked glass.

I have always shown a fascinated interest in medical matters, from quite an early age, so Pam and I would often talk about women's medical issues, so much so, she once showed me some equipment, in one of the exam rooms. She showed me a speculum, and how it worked, she even laid down on the couch and showed me how a woman lies during a pelvic exam, she explained the procedure to me, in fine detail.

So one could say I already had an idea about how to perform a vaginal exam, but never in my wildest dreams, thought that I would get to do one in real life ... well how wrong I was!

The figure that I had seen at the door was a female, she was now knocking on the door outside, so I went to investigate.

As I unlocked the door I was presented with a pretty young female, she was aged about mid to late 20’s, with dark short hair, and quite curvy, she was dressed in a black leather jacket, and blue jeans.

We said hello, and I said how can I help you, and she said, sorry to be so late, I missed my bus, I'm up here on holiday, and I made an appointment with Doctor Thompson, for a medical, as I start my new job, in a couple of days back home, I have been visiting my aunt, and obviously couldn’t get it done back home..

She asked me if it was too late to have it done now, and I thought, well in for a penny, so I replied no I can do it for you, as Doctor Thompson has already left for the eve.

I asked her to take a seat in the waiting room, and I would be back in a minute, which gave me time to gather my thoughts.

I went into the exam room and sat down with my heart pounding, with the prospect of what I was about to encounter, this was my chance of a lifetime, to get intimate with a pretty young female, so I took a valium, and set about what I was going to do.

I thought I’d better get her in as soon as possible, so I went out to where she was sitting and ushered her into the exam room.

I By now I had settled down enough to be able to act the part of a doctor, and I started by weighing her, then I did her blood pressure, then I asked her to do a urine sample, which I new how to do, just dipping one of the sticks into it, and watching it change colour, which she did. I the asked her to get undressed and found a gown for her to put on, remembering to ask her to put the fastener to the back, I told her that I would be doing a breast, abdominal, even remembered to say pelvic, instead of vaginal, she said I have had a pap smear done a couple of months ago, to which I gave a sigh of relief, as that would have been a tall order, so I said that's OK we wont need to do that then.

So now it was fun time so, she went behind the screen and a heard her taking off her clothes, so I proceeded to get my gloves etc. ready, I found some ky jelly, and then she said I’m ready now.

I went over to her and she was lying down on the couch, so I smiled and said I’m just going to pop your gown down at the top so that I can examine your breasts, she said OK, so I pulled it down to expose the most beautiful tits I' had ever seen, really curvy and round, I asked her to put her right arm up, and she did so, I then started to gently start to examine her breast, also doing the left also.

I then pulled the gown back up for her, telling her all was well, I then asked her to pull up her gown , so that I could do an abdominal exam which she did, as she did so I realised that she hadn’t got any knickers on, so I covered her up with a sheet that was on the chair by the couch. I then started to feel her abdomen gently, saying to her to tell me if there was any tenderness there, she said OK, I was now getting a little worked up, and had to make out that I was sneezing, so that I could walk away for a minute, as it was getting close to the big one, the vaginal exam, and I was getting a bit nervous, because I couldn’t afford to get this wrong, and blow my cover, so as I faked a sneeze, she said" bless you”.. I said thanks...and went over and made out as if to blow my nose, stalling for time.

Now I thought oh well this is it, the chance of a lifetime, so I walked back over to her, and carried on with the abdominal exam, apologizing for the intrusion, she said don’t worry , I have just gotten over a cold also.

I finished the abdominal exam, and asked her to scoot down to the end of the couch and I pulled the stirrups out from the couch, as Pam had showed me before, to which she did, I remembered to ask her to put her bottom close to the end of the couch, and helped her put her feet up in the stirrups, she had painted her toenails black, and I couldn’t help noticing how nice her feet were.

I then put on my rubber gloves struggling a bit, in my haste I suddenly realised that she was a bit naked down below so I again pulled the sheet over her legs, which in turn separated us a little, which made me feel a bit better. I suddenly realised that I hadn’t got a speculum ready, and thought oops better do that, I made a joke saying that it was my cold that was making me absent minded, and the fact that it had been a long day also, to which she replied sorry to make you work so late.

I thought I’d better take the gloves off again remembering about hygiene, so I went over to the sterile box and took out a speculum, thinking that I would need a medium one for her, so I took it out and put on some more gloves, I then smeared it with ky jelly, and went back over to, where she was waiting for me, I the said that I was groping to do a speculum exam, to view her cervix, and she said OK, I then looked straight at her vagina, which was almost shaven , with just a little bit of hair at the top, with my left hand I separated her labia, and said I’m now going to insert the speculum, so try to relax, I then pushed the speculum in remembering to push down with it as it entered her, I then pushed it all the way in, and then opened it up, I then switched on the light, to see what I was doing, it was the first time I had ever seen inside a vagina before, and I had to linger for a minute ... as it was an experience, that I wanted to savour, I then said that everything was fine and that I was now removing the speculum...she again said OK.

I the said that I was now going to do an internal exam, and said that I was going to feel inside her with two fingers, so again I separated her labia, and pushed one, the two fingers inside her very wet fanny, she jerked a little as I did so, I said sorry did I hurt you, and she said no, I’m just a little sensitive down there, which gave me an added sense of relaxation as I thought that I was turning her on, just a little, as I was feeling inside her, I remembered to palpate her tummy with the other hand as I did so.

I the thought that I had better finish, as it was going on a little bit too long, so I withdrew my fingers, and said that everything was fine, and that was the end of the exam...to my utter amazement, she said aren’t you going to do the rectal exam, as it's part of the medical, and I have never had one before, so I would like to get it over with now, if that's OK .. I thought oh my god, is this really happening to me, so I said OK, and thought I’d better put some more gloves on to which I did, I then put some ky jelly on my fingers and said to her, that I was now going to feel inside her rectum and to try and relax, I touched her on the thighs, and then parted her bottom cheeks, and looked straight at her bottom, I then gently put a finger to her bottom and just lubricated it a little then asked her to bear down on my finger, as I pushed it up her bottom, she raised herself off the couch a little, so I said just relax, it wont take a minute, she the laid back down again, so I pushed my finger all the way up, and was amazed at how it felt, similar to the inside of a vagina, but somehow warmer and softer, I could also feel some feces, so I thought better get out of there now, so I gently withdrew my finger, and said that’s all done, your all done now, she said thanks very much, I even remembered to give her a tissue to clean herself up with.

She got dressed and presented me with a form for her medical...so I ticked all the relevant information, and made sure that I signed it as illegible as possible, which is always a usual trait with a doctor, she thanked me again, and left, so I had my cup of tea, cleaned up, locked up, then went round to my girlfriend's house , and had the best sex ever, she said what's up with you tonight, your really fired, up, to which I replied. I HAD A LUCKY BREAK at work today!
