I have always had a real interest in women's health...it goes back years and as I grew up, and gained more knowledge about the subject, was so keen to examine a lady, myself some day.

That moment would come sooner than I thought, also over the years I had purchased some equipment, such as speculums, rubber gloves, and even when I was a removal man managed to require, a portable, exam couch, that was being thrown out..

So I set up a kind of surgery, in my house, as my house was quite big, due to the fact that I had a big cash pay-out from a late aunt, who had passed away.

This room of course was always locked, and no-one but me had access to it, it was right at the top of the house, away from eye view of anyone else..

I used to go out to my local pub quite a bit, and there was a woman, that no-one would really talk to, she was a total loner, but would come in every eve, for a glass of wine or two, then leave… this would happen every night.

No one really knew much about her, she was around her late thirties, around 5 ft 7"...dark haired, and quite pretty, but a very quiet lady who kept herself to herself...she didn't seem to date anyone, so I decided to try and get to know her better.

So one particular hot summer's night, she was in the pub early, as was I, she was sitting in the beer garden, on her own, so went over to the table, next to her, and sat down, as I did so our eyes met and I smiled, she smiled back, but I could tell she was unhappy.

I started to make polite conversation with her, for the first time, and realised that she was a little limited in her conversation, which was for me a bonus.

We got talking and I asked her did she have a man in her life, she replied no I don't.. I am single, I have only ever had one man who let me down ,,and don't want to go through that ever again

She started to get up and go, so I offered her a lift home, so she accepted, and we set off, she was telling me that she was moving in a couple of weeks, as she had been offered a new job, and she had sold her house..

I offered her a drink at my house and she accepted, as we were driving towards my house she asked me what I did for a living, so I told her I was a doctor, and she believed me.

As we pulled into my driveway, she commented on my house, saying how lucky I was to have such a wonderful house, we went into the kitchen and I opened a bottle of wine... we went into the garden and sat down.

As we got talking she said that she had to have a medical for her new job before she moved, so I thought that was my big chance, so I said .." I could do that for you, if you like, and free of charge…" she was hesitant to start with, but as the wine flowed, she suddenly said OK that will save me the trouble of booking one..

So we finished our drinks, and I said OK well shall we go and do the medical , she said what now??... and I said well I might be going away on business for a conference soon, so you might miss out, so she agreed, and we went upstairs to my room..

When we got inside my heart was pounding, at the thought of what was about to happen, she produced a sheet of paper, with all the relevant things that I had to do.

So I asked her to get undressed and gave her a dressing gown to put on.. meanwhile I went out of the room and read the list of things that I needed to do..

When I returned she was sitting in the chair dressed only in the dressing gown, and looking very nervous, so I made a start, by checking her blood pressure, checking her ears, eyes etc..

Then I handed her a container and asked her to do a urine sample, to which she duly complied, I showed her the toilet and off she went, which gave me time to prepare everything else..

I selected a medium speculum, and got my gloves etc. ready, when she returned, a I did the sample and told her that it was negative, so I asked her to lie down on the couch and that I would check her breasts, to which she did, now my heart was begging to pound very fast.

So I started with the left breast and then the right, she had very firm breasts, and as I checked her nipples, she let out a little whimper, which made me think that she was enjoying this part of the examination..

After that I started on the abdominal exam… palpating her tummy , asking her if there was any tenderness at all, she replied no, so I then thought OK this is the big one, so I then said that we would do the vaginal exam, and asked her to bend her knees, and relax, I then snapped on some rubber gloves, and parted her labia, with one hand and looked at her outer lips, and checked all the outer area, I then took a tube of KY jelly, and took the speculum, and smeared some on the bills of it, then carefully pushed it inside her vagina, then I looked inside her vagina, and noted the size of her uterus, and she also said that she wasn't due for a pap smear, as she had had one recently, so I was kind of relieved to hear that.

I then withdrew the speculum, and set about the bi-manual exam, so I inserted my index finger, and then my middle finger into her opening and pushed them right in, I felt inside, and remembered to keep the internal fingers still, and felt her tummy where I could feel her, cervix, and then her, ovaries, then I said to her that I would also do a rectal exam, to which she replied is that totally necessary, and I said it was, so she agreed..

So I then took off my gloves and put some fresh ones on, then I took some more KY jelly and smeared some on my finger, and asked her to lie on here side, and she did so, I then parted her buttocks, and smeared some KY on her bottom, and asking her top take a deep breath, pushed my index finger very gently up her bottom, she winced a little bit, so I said try to relax, and bear down on my finger, she did so, which made the exam a lot easier..

I the said OK we are all done, gave her a tissue, to wipe herself, and said you can get dressed now, I will see you downstairs, I will sign the form for you, she said OK..

I then went downstairs, and thought… wow, did this happen to me, so I filled in the form, she came into the room, so we opened another bottle of wine, and she stayed the night, we had incredible sex, and after that fateful day, I have never seen, nor heard from her since
